Being a New Yorker, I was kind of feeling sad yesterday watching the footage of 9/11 coverage. It was the 10th anniversary of the horrible attack on World Trade Center.
I also was the eyewitness of the 2nd plane hitting the WTC as I was right there as my train stopped on the Manhattan Bridge when the 2nd plane hit the building shattering the glass windows and showers of broken glasses... we watched the whole thing right there in front of our eyes but still went to work. Then everything was closed and I went to get my sister and while waking on 34 street saw the building collapsed from far then I and my sister walked back home to come to Brooklyn. From 30th street 1st avenue to the whole bridge to Brooklyn...
But my heart goes to the families and friends who lost their loved ones in this and my prayer goes for their solace. Till today it is sooo hard to deal with that tragedy... but also thankful to God that he has saved so many and I and my family were one of them.

Last Friday we watched that Maan heard and watch all that Geet was trying hard to recreate the lost file so that he may not lose his trust in her.
We also watched the Satnarayan puja where Maan and Geet had to participate as husband and wife and so the panditji reminded them what it means to be real husband and wife and Maan and Geet recited their wedding vows again. For Geet it was another solid bond with her husband where as for Maan it was as if he is taking these 7 promises for the 1st time.. It was fantastic performance by Drashti and Gurmeet. The emotions playing on their faces were a thing to watch.
Geet tries her level best to recreate the file but at the end of the day tired and exhausted she falls sleep on the chair. Maan watches her struggle but then remembers his vows to solve the problem together. In the morning Adi and Geet find out that the quotation was completed and none of them did it. Mamaji let Geet know that Maan had listened to their conversation a day before and also took the file in the morning from Geet's room while she was asleep on the chair. Geet then realizes that Maan knew about the file being lost and he was the one who completed the quotations for her and did not even tell her.
She comes and confronts Maan. Asking him softly that she has seen his love.. she has seen his anger.. she has seen his hatred.. but she did not understand this..
Maan then tells her that yes he did know about the file being lost and also that he was angry as usual but when he saw that how contrite she was and how hard she is trying to correct her mistakes and so his anger vanished... Maan tells her that he has seen that she fulfills all her duties of a good wife. And so he would like to build their relationship.
From this point here we go for today's update:
Part 1:
Geet and Maan are in Maan's bedroom..
Geet is standing there holding her hands and looking down. Maan looks at her and says softly. Geet I want to build our relationship and try to make it a success. Geet lifts her hopeful eyes at him. Maan looks at her and says seriously you are fulfilling all your duties as a good wife. Geet keeps on looking at him incredulously as if she just cannot believe her own ears... These words coming from Maan were not less then a miracle. Maan looks at her and continues saying and I want to support you in keeping those responsibilities that's it. I want to see you happy.. for Geet it was her dream come true. That is what she wanted to listen that Maan says he wants to see her happy. Geet looks at her husband and a tender teary smile lightens her face and Maan smiles at that too..
But then Geet's voice turns serious and she turns a little while talking she says to tell you the truth Maan I was fighting with the circumstances since the day you lost your memory. I was waiting for the moment when you would start talking to me sweetly like you used to do... Maan looks at her and he feels her pain. Geet continues with a teary voice saying.. I was waiting for the moment... when you will look after me and when you will listen to me but then her trembling teary voice continues with a sadness.. saying but the wait was so long that I had started to lose the hope. Maan was also feeling sad with her pain.. but then Geet smiles through her tears and says.. but I think my babaji has answered my prayers. Behind her as if a slow smile comes on Maan's face too, he looks at his wife with wonderment... he slowly comes behind her and hesitantly puts his hand on her shoulder. Surprised by his touch Geet instantly turns her face to look at him. He softly holds her shoulder and turns her completely to face him and says softly Geet I understand what you are trying to say but it was also very difficult for me too. I was not trying to trouble you intentionally but in fact I was trying to fight my own circumstances and myself. Geet also looks at him with tears in her eyes and may be she understands that he also had to fight the same battles as hers. Maan then softly smiles at her and says anyways now that we have decided to start our life together again... then he softly smiles in her eyes saying then I hope that your babaji will help us. Geet softly nods at him and grins at him through her tears which also makes Maan smile.. Maan continues saying but Geet it will take time to change the circumstances and it will also take time for me to understand few things. Geet says softly please do not worry about that at all. Maan looks at the radiant teary face of his wife. She softly continues.. I have already dedicated my whole life for you. Maan looks at her sincere face and voice. She continues happily.. I was even prepared to tolerate your hatred my whole life but now I am hoping for the best all over again then she continues happily... and now you will see everything is going to be alright then she looks at her husband with happy tears in her eyes and says isn't that. Maan looks at this incredible wife of his and smiles softly nodding his head affirmatively. They both stare at each other sweetly then Maan looks at his watch saying we are getting late for the work let's get going. Geet then turns to go and takes few steps but feels her dupatta getting stuck and she suddenly stops. She starts thinking about how her dupatta always got stuck around Maan or how Maan always stopped her holding her dupatta. She remembers her dupatta getting stuck in the conference room where they work during the night and Maan stopping her when she came to meet him after the press conference. Then she stops her daydreaming saying stop it you silly girl!! Just now Maan told you that it will take time to change and here you started daydreaming again. Scolding herself she turns to see where her dupatta got stuck but sees Maan was staring at her holding her dupatta... She just could not believe that Maan is holding her dupatta. Incredulously with slightly open mouth she keeps on staring at him and then she looks at the dupatta in his hand and her heart as if flutters that her babaji indeed is blessing her to get her Maan back..
Part 2:
Geet keeps on looking at this special significant thing which was like a balm to her soul. Her face has a look of wonder and her heart is bursting with joy... She keeps on looking at him with shiny teary eyes.. Maan looks at her and does not understand why suddenly she looks sooo happy. She just could not stop her smile. Maan as if brings her back from her happy flight saying Geet your dupatta got stuck. She still looks at that without a word. Maan lifts her dupatta to show her and then drops it. She still looks at him with the same wonderment. Maan then lifts the file from the table and walks out but Geet stands there feeling elated at the significant of her duppatta...
KC Office
Maan and Geet entered the KC Office together and are walking side by side, Geet being extremely happy. Few of the staff wishes Maan good morning and he returns the greetings. Maan looks around and then turns to Geet saying softly Geet please bring the black coffee for me. Geet nods and he moves toward his office. Geet then hears Pinky and Adi talking and turns her face to look in to that direction. Pinky seems to be upset and asking Adi sir to do something about it and Adi sounds helpless. Geet walks toward them and asks Adi why he is upsetting Pinky. Adi say he is not but Pinky is after him since morning. Pinky again gets upset and tells that she asked for something and he could not do it for her. Geet clams her down and asks for the details of the discussion. Pinky says the new film has been released and it is a premium show so I asked him to arrange the passes and he says he cannot do it. Geet looks at Adi and says Adi sir how could you do this to us? Please go and get the passes we three will go and watch the movie. Pinky says three? Geet smiles at that and says I will also go with you guys. All smile and now Geet also joins Pinky in requesting Adi to get the pass. Adi stops their tirade and says Geet it is a premium show and only few people get invited and to get the pass is next to impossible. Geet says Adi sir what are you talking about? You work in Khurana Constrction and being the right hand of Maan Singh Khurana himself, couldn't you arrange for just three passes in the name of MSK?? Adi gets a boost and says yes I can do that but if Maan sir also wants to come for the movie then? Geet smiles at that and says Maan?? (Maan walks in from far end of the room and stops listening to Geet saying his name. Geet continues saying now Adisir tell me which is the last movie did Maan see? Adi and Pinky starts thinking and Geet smirks. Adi says oh I do not remember. Geet bangs her hand on the table and says because Maan did not see any movie in his life. Maan turns toward them and listens to their conversation with an interest folding his arms across his chest.
Geet says there is nothing in his life except work. And for now it is enough that he has started to smile a little. Maan watches them smiling at that comment. Adi says he will try to get the passes. Geet says three passes and then shakes her hand with pinky and runs to get the black coffee for her boss husband.
Here at KM...
Dear cupid Ranveer is taking the leave of Nando as he is leaving. He says Finally... I am extremely happy that you guys talked with each other and confessed your love to each other. He smiles and says you look good with each other. Dev was all smile and nods happily he says thanks Ranbeer but this has happened all because of you. If you did not come then I would not have been jealous of you being with nandini and I would not have said anything to Nandini ever. Nando turns to him and says probably? Oh I know for sure that you would have never told me anything. Then she turns to smile at Ranveer and says then finally I would have to leave all my reservations and shyness and would have been forced to propos him myself. Dev looks at her smiling face and says really? And they both laugh softly. Dev then tells Ranbeer that he should have stayed for some more days as he is going back too early. Nando also tells him to stay some more but Ranveer politely refuses saying he has too much pending work. He some how managed to spare last two days just for his dear friend. Nando smiles at that. Ranveer says he just came to keep his promise to his best friend. Then he says that Delhi is not too far and he often visits it so he will see them sometime. Dev then extends his hand for hand shake and Ranveer smiles saying ok then see you soon. Then he tells them that it is almost time for his flight and he needs to leave. Nando calls him and they both do their special ritual of clapping the palm and a nice friendly hug and takcare.. He then finally says bye to Dev and shakes hand and leaves.. so that concludes the cameo role of Amit Jain...
Dev and nando stand there waving their hands at Ranveer and then turn to look at each other. Nando now feels little shy and looks down and Dev keeps on looking at her then he turn and leaves to go. Nando looks at that and makes her face and then coughs a little to draw his attention. Dev turns back to look at Nando and she coughs some more.. Dev quickly comes to her and asks what happened.. Nando turns to him and says oh nothing has happened yet. Dev looks at her questioningly.. Nando says in her flamboyant style.. You have proposed to a girl... got her nice suit.. So then is it done? Dev looks little sheepish... Nando asks him with a wide smile won't you take me for an outing. Dev smiles at that and says of course... of course we will definitely go. Tell me where do you want to go? Then both of them say at the same time.. coffee shop? And burst out smiling. Dev says ok then you go and get ready I will go and bring the car around. They both leave to get ready for outing..
At KC Office.
Maan is seated with Adi and Geet... saying if we want to start the Faridabad project in Dec then we will have to start the construction in 15 days saying he gets up with the file to keep it on the wall behind his chair. Adi clears his throat and draws Geet's attention sliding his chair near her saying they need to leave at 5.00pm for the premium show of the movie. Geet tries to see the time on his wrist watch but then she sees it on the table watch and says we have 2-3 hrs in our hand. Adi says yes that is why I am telling you that we need to go at 5.00pm. Geet says anyways did you arrange the passes. Adi says not yet but my men are trying for that. Geet looks at him irritably. Adi as if tries to pacify Geet and says we will get the paas Geet. Geet gets agitated and says little loudly you still have not arranged for the passes and talking about the time? Maan turns to look at them and then comes toward them. He puts the file with a little bang and comes and sits on his chair with a little hidden smile. He says Adi, Geet, you two can talk later but first just finish up the work. Both of them start writing right away. Maan's phone rings and he says hello? Then he listens something attentively and says seriously ok then I will be there in a few minutes. Listening to this geet's eyes go round with a relief and she grins and gives hi 5 to adisir. Maan disconnects the phone saying I need to go to an important meeting. Adi and Geet demurely nod their head hiding their excitement. Maan says it will take me at least 2 hours... once again they nod their head. Maan turns his chair to get up but then turns to them saying but before I come back you will have to finish this work. Adi says ok sir. Maan then adds sternly that you cannot leave unless the work is done. Adi turns to Geet and looks at her helplessly and Maan smirks a little and walks out.
Agitated Geet bangs her pen on the table and says look our plans are in the drain now.. here you cannot arrange the passes and there the boss says you cannot leave until the work is done. She then says but what ever happens I will go to see the movie tonight. She tells adi sir to go and arrange the passes and she will work on the file. Adi says Geet Maan sir said he needed all work to be completed. Geet says I will do it. Adi says but how Geet. Geet shouts at him saying adir sir you get going and make the arrangements for the passes and I will complete the work here... She makes Adi leave and says but before you leave please hand over those files to me and then you should go immediately. Adi leaves and she starts looking at the files and making notes. Then her gaze falls on the car key.. She mumbles oh Maan's key... Then She picks up the key and hurriedly walks out to give him the key but at the door collides with Maan who comes back to get the key. The key flies in the air and Maan catches the key with one hand and steadies Geet with other hand who is now hanging on his arm holding on his shoulders. Maan looks in her eyes and says I came to get the key. Geet smiles at him and says I was coming to give you the key. Maan says hmm and let go of her. Geet also slides her arms from his shoulders and steadies herself. Once again Maan walks out telling her to work meticulously. Geet nods and sits on the chair and smiles broadly.
Nando has changed and is now brushing her hair sitting at the dressing table. Mamu peeks from behind with his favorite container in hand. He sees Nando and hides. Nando keep on brushing and humming at the same time.. Mamu is surprised listening her humming says earlier she only brushed her hair but now she is humming too something is up. Then phone call comes for nando and she looks at the caller ID and smiles. She says yes I am coming down stairs... Mamu is frowning at this cheerful attitude.. Nando says first we will go for a coffee and then for a long drive.. Mamu gets more attentive says coffee and long drive.. then he mumbles one should not drive while drinking coffee that is not right and he shakes his container too much and makes noise. Nando stops talking and says to hold on as she heard something. She comes to investigate but does not see anybody and heaves the sigh of relief saying on the phone no one is there. Then says oh now please put the phone down as I am coming downstairs right away. Then she disconnects the phone with a smile and walks out of the room.. from behind the curtain mamu comes out and says there is something fishy here and the case is getting more complicated. It seems the ant got the wings then corrects himself no the girl.. Finally he concludes in his clumsy way that nando may be about to elope with someone and that is why she is using the code language...
At KM..
Lucky is talking to someone on the phone. He says yes couple of time and then getting little agitated he says yes I do understand and you do not need to tell me this repeatedly that we do not have much time in our hand. He says I am leaving for Amritsar right now I will catch the next bus and then we will talk further when I see you. He disconnects the phone and mumbles saying I have to run to Amritsar right now. Mamu comes and says every one is trying to run away.. First Geet ran away to office with Balwant. The new guy went to Canada... you are going to Amritsar and that girl is talking in code word.. she also.. Lucky cuts him off saying he is too much worried so come to the point right away saying he walks toward bed to get his bag ready for travel to Amritsar. Mamu says the girl also belongs to Amritsar who is trying to runaway and is talking in code word. Lucky asks irritably who is talking in the code word to run away. Mamu forgets and lucky hits his head in frustration. Then he turns to mamu and says look I am going to Amritsar for two days. You have 2 days time to remember and so when I come back you can tell me ok? Mamu thought it was a good idea and Lucky picks up the bag and leaves in a hurry. Mamu laughs saying he is the only sane person around and all are running away. But he stops and says but who is running away talking in the code language...
KC Office
Geet is all smiles and congratulates herself for finishing the work before 5.00pm. as it was not even 5.00pm yet. Then she says to herself but it is almost 5.00pm Maan says he will be away for 2 hrs so why is he not here yet... and nor is adisir. Then she looks up saying babaji hope we got the pass and Adi walks in dejectedly.. Geet asks him with bubble of joy if he got the passes. Adi says no Geet but we may get before the movie is started as my man is still trying. Geet stops him saying oh leave it alone. I told you to get three passes and you could not arrange. Adi says we will go to the cinema hall and we will try there. Geet is upset and pouts. Pinky walks in asking what happened and seeing Geet like this she says I knew he will not be able to do that. He even may not have tried at all. she as if wails... He does not want to take me for the movie at all and she turns her back and she is upset now .. Adi looks at them helplessly as he says why do you say that I do not want to take you for the movie we will go there and try to get the passes. Geet says oh leave it at that you still want to go to the theater and try for passes!!! oh just let it go at that. Maan walks in asking what is happening here. Geet quickly stands at his arrival. Maan looks at them and ask again as what is happening here. Geet the spoke person says oh nothing we were just chatting here. Maan sarcastically says oh just chatting!! I told you to work on the file. Geet hands over the file to him. Adi looks at Geet questioningly. Geet signals him not to worry. Maan opens file and looks at the paper work and looks at geet. She looks at him innocently widening her eyes with a little smile. Maan looks at her and says very good .. the trio Geet, adi and pinky smile. Maan looks at them smiling and says we all need to go to an important meeting. The trio looks at him worriedly. Maan adds saying it is necessary for all of us to go there. They look at each other and are totally surprised. Maan has a tiny smile looking at their gloomy expressions. He takes a step to walk out and then turns back and looks at them asking if there was any problem. They say dejectedly no sir no problem at all. Geet mumbles at adi sir as he did not get the pass so now at least we are going to the meeting. Maan lifts his head and asks did she say something. She says oh no sir, we should be leaving we are getting late for the meeting and makes faces at adi sir. Maan tells her to proceed and wait in the lobby he will meet them there. Geet says let's go pinky and all of them turn to go. Maan stops adi saying Adi you wait here I want to talk to you. Perplexed Adi turns to him... Maan squint his eyes and looks at Adi and a slow smile comes on his face...
Maan and Geet walk in the darken room... there is a big lighted screen on the wall. Geet turns to Maan and asks softly Maan we were to go to Faridabad for the meeting but where did we come? Then she looks behind her to the door and asks so where is Adi sir and pinky? Maan keeping his arms on his waist says oh they wanted to go to the premium show of some movie so I arranged the passes for them. Listening to this Geet's mouth hangs open in agitation and her face fells she says oh so they both went for the movie? Maan says yes they did.. Do you have any problem with that.. Geet shakes her head and says oh no. no problem at all .. Maan smiles a little at her dejected expressions. Maan then says so should we start. Confused Geet looks at him saying start? And asks What Maan? Maan looks at the screen then softly holds her shoulders and leads her to be seated saying I have arranged for the private screening for you... just for you... they both sit and watch the screen. Suddenly Geet turns to him with excitement and says Maan isn't this the same movie which adi sir and pinky have gone to watch. Maan softly smiles at her excited face and says yes Geet. Geet is so happy with this wonderful gesture from her husband that she just could not stop smiling at him. Maan looks at her happy face for some time and says Geet should we watch the movie now? Geet happily nods her head. Maan turns to look at the screen. Geet softly calls him.. Maan? He turns to her saying hmmm. Geet smiles at him and softly says thank you. Maan smiles at that and Geet then turns to look at the screen but Maan keeps on looking at the delighted face of his wife with a tender smile. Geet's gaze then falls on the big container of popcorn. Her eyes widens in surprise. She leans forward and picks up the container and offers them to Maan. Maan smiles and shakes his head and Geet folds her legs on the sofa chair and sits comfortably eating the popcorn and looking at the screen.. She laughs at something then gets serious at something but Maan had no interest in movie.. he was watching the animated face of his wife going through various emotions... unconsciously Geet hooks her hand with his and keeps on looking at the movie. Maan sees their entwined arms and looks at the face of his wife who just stops eating looking at something sad on the screen with the tears in her eyes. Maan eyes never left her face. He enjoyed looking at the innocent delighted face of his wife who was deeply enjoying the movie.. His eyes softening and happy in knowing that he was able to bring that delighted smile on her face...

Nando and Dev are in the coffee place enjoying the coffee...
Nando leans forward and tell dev that today he has to secretly marry her... Dev was totally shocked and says what???

Loved Maan and Geet's conversation in the bedroom.
Maan's desire to make their relationship real and stronger..
The frank conversation for the adjustment and going further in their lives
Geet's faith working and Maan also relying on the help from her babaji.
Maan holding Geet's dupatta as if a signal to Geet from babaji that her Maan is coming back to her in full form..
Drashti was awesome with her expressive face and eyes. Gurmeet was great with his reserved expressions and modulation of his voice.
Loved them walking together in the office. Maan getting softer knowing little by little about himself and also about the liking of his wife.
It was great to see MSK going to such a great length so that his wife can watch the movie and also loved the fact that he sent Adi and Pinky to be alone while he enjoyed with his wife.
It was beautiful to see Geet getting engross in the movie while her husband loved watching each and every emotions playing on her face.
How naturally Geet entwined her arm with his. He was totally surprised but he did not break the spell of it but let her feel the closeness of him by that.
Dev and Nando's track is going too fast. So the cupid Ranveer is packed up today.. Hmmm
Lucky has gone to A'sar most probably per the news another addition is coming to Delhi.
Mamu is after this eloping theory... Well some funny twist is going to come with this misunderstanding... let's see..
So nando is challenging Dev for the secrete wedding... now what's up with that??? I am not sure if his divorce got finalized already... Nando dear you are running too fast be careful lady...
