agreed, that there have been circumstances when the forum was firmly divided into two groups, one Geets and one Maans.. I still remember how spiritedly we fought over who we sympathized with(have been a proud Geet recruit in major battles😆 like - the Indian paints breakup, and the Holi fiasco 😎)

but even if you examine from all perspectives- there can be NO two groups right now. Because its the circumstances that have rendered everyone helpless.

Everyone now wants Maan to stop being a jerk and start accepting Geet. will you please tell me how that is possible? just how? his memory is definitely not aiding him , though he tries hard, and on top of it, he 's Maan SIngh Khurana.

That comes with a set of complications on its own. Hes not one to sit and abide by fate. or faith(that too someone else's.) He did try after the first denial, because given all facts , that woman is married to him.

but that fact is not enough ! Feelings are very unreasonable creatures who don't believe in logic and reasoning before attaching/detaching themselves to/from other people/things.

Apart from all these things which I can write a book about(😕 so jobless).. there are other reasons why this track should definitely prolong and continue, heres why-

~o~ frivolous but important reason- Maan looks damn sexy when angry.. so hot and deli.. k, u get the point.

~o~ with every mistaken judgement that Maan makes about Geet, he gets to know more of her character and his own propensity to hold her responsible without reason.

~o~ Maan is not a character who will patiently take time to get to know someone, hell NO! that's not him. There can be only this one way, as it has always been. He's always accused her for random stuff, and then later got to know better.

~o~ The more offensive and vicious he gets, the more its his onus to make up, take the initial step towards her .. obviously this will lead to him developing feelings for her, as her impression improves on him.

~o~ his outbursts are always the result of an internal turmoil. his struggles , his fight to keep his emotions in check. The angrier he gets the more we know hes getting affected. That's what we saw in the beginning, right.

We have always loved extreme reactions from these people and that's what we are getting now.

~o~ sad but true - This is the best and probably the only track they have which guarantees a story, lot of twists and turns, passion(red hot), genuine fights, and a heck load of Maan and Geet!!

~o~ The more he rants , the more hes going to regret, the more romantic, passionate and intense reunion we will get! Can you imagine what hes going to say/do when he remembers all that he said and did to his mishti.. wow. that will be something to watch.

Now, as to why he isn't so mean to others, or hasn't been so mean with sasha / tasha:

why should he be?!!😕 If he does, I'll kill him!

One only looses temper, and is much vicious, when someone hits a nerve, something that really manages to hit past the barrier.. Maan singh Khurana-angry, is MAan singh khurana loosing the hard control he has over himself..

of course hes cold and abrasive with every one else.. and when he gets angry, its mostly annoyance, impatience, and he simply dismisses the person in front of him.

Not so with Geet- he simply cannot just dismiss her.. he cannot help but show how she manages to get to him, and that's what makes him vulnerable to her and makes him go all the more offensive to hurt her, just as she manages to hurt him or make him feel.

SO you bet, I don't want to see him this angry with anyone else, certainly not the Sasha/Tasha and NTs of the world.

These would be the reasons why I want Maan to be offensive for a bit longer and for this track to continue. It is the most genuine track for someone like Maan suffering from memory loss.

Hell, i want to see him pick every single excuse to demean her like hes doing right now.. only to see it all blow in his face,

only to see him get helplessly drawn to her like hes fated to.. for him to struggle and fight tooth and nail against this attraction and fail horrendously, miserably with flying colors!😃

If you pay attention - yesterday he said that ,when she's not around he does not seem to stop thinking of her , but when she comes before him , he feels nothing. that's because when shes in front of him all he can see in her and the eyes of others, is the expectation from him to treat her as his wife. that will suppress any natural emotion that might come on its own.

So we should wait patiently, for him to calm down a bit, for people to give him time to come around on his own, and for Geet to start reacting and standing up for herself.

I am still hopeful we will see a determined and spunky Geet in the near future.. but till that time, try and understand them both and appreciate the efforts of the CVs.

Okay .. so it really makes me wonder how people were so sympathetic when Maan was getting his brain effed up by Pammi the Mummy in that horrifying godown .. and yet when he comes out all delusional .. all disoriented .. all out of place .. and next thing he gets up to find out he has a wife .. a WIFE .. a W-I-F-E .. something he thought he would never ever have .. and who apparently annoys him to the point that he hurls accusations at her out of his frustration .. and yet now they can't wait to say that Maan should get his memory back pronto because he's being a jerk and Geet shouldn't have to suffer. Um HELLO the girl KNOWS her man is suffering .. it's not as if he's not suffering from partial amnesia and being this mean .. this accusing .. he is SUFFERING .. big time to say the least!

trust me.. all the big fonts and 'bold'ening, still some people would manage to be oblivious to the point. such sheer grit.😎

A man like Maan Singh Khurana who didn't believe in ever harbouring feelings for another is now being told that his whole LIFE revolved around Geet .. how is he supposed to take that?! I mean did you see the way his face changed when Dev told him that? It's as if in his mind he said "OH YEA RIGHT .. give me a better excuse to treat Geet as my wife!" .. I mean come on .. you know exactly how he was before he met Geet .. and for him to lose 1 and a half years of his life and not be able to recall one bit of it .. only a person going through amnesia would know the feeling! I could never fathom losing my memory and waking up to find out I was married to someone! How effing FREAKY would that be o.O .. like really!

It would be a perpetual nightmare as long as I don't remember .. like hell will I be prepared to get to know him or warm up to him. Not at all with pressure at least. or constant nagging.

And I'm a total Maaneetian too .. I never love taking sides.. it's always a mutual understanding with me because there are always two sides to the coin .. you can never just blindly sit there and defend one person and refuse to acknowledge the other .. that makes not an iota of sense if you ask me!

Btw I just loved how yesterday he straight .. flat out .. tells Geet how he doesn't harbour feelings for her nor can he sit here and accept a relationship his heart refuses to believe! How to the point was that? Just like MSK .. tells the truth .. doesn't believe in giving someone false hopes. Totally loved it! :)

oh man... I loved that scene too!! Watched it over and over again.. felt like crying for him and his frustration , and then was a bit miffed when Geet refused to understand and resolved to have the fast broken by him and him alone. oh well, that goes down as a dramatic cliche for this soap.

(Though I'm an ardent advocate of "Bring Maan's Memory Back Pronto!" I like this angry Maan...the angrier he gets, the more passionate he becomes...I don't mean that in the romantic way...his emotions get the better of him and he begins to feel and think deeply.)

Hes forgotten Geet entirely , yet has to do justice since shes his 'wife', but also grapple with his emotions since he feels nothing for her and wants to end this pretense..

Had Maan been battling some other disease/ailment/problem, the CVs could have shown all kinds of Maan and made us happy..

BUt this track can only have an entirely confused or frustrated Maan right now who gets angry to rid himself of his restlessness..

Hes barely begun to warm up to her.. asking him to be all confident and fall for her or approach her romantically would be most ridiculous.

I believe, that the track post ML has been the most well handled and the best executed track in a very long time.
