she simply bolied that milk and drank them with a piece a bread.
she is Geet ...a simple girl ..she always dreamt of becoming a famous singer, like many other people after completing her graduation she came to mumbai to fulfill her dreams, she was very excited in the beginning , she tried a lot , she gave many auditions ,walked and walked until her sandals were torn , she roamed in summers , monsoon , winters, weekdays, weekends just to fulfill her dreams she aproached many people , worked hard , things started becoming more and more difficult for her she started losing her hope , she only got dissapointments...one day when she was losing all her hope her friend told her to approach the owner of a music studio , he was very sweet to her she was delighted to find him but slowly his real intentions were out, he tried to take advantage of her situation.
she was taken aback by that behaviour, she ran away from there , for the first time ever she completely lost her hope, she was completely broken...she gave up all her dreams she lost her hope , she understood that there was nothing for her in this big bad world .

she couldnot go back to her house and all her money was spent , only thing she could do was to forget all her her dreams and move on ,she fetched a job for herself in a 3-star hotel...!!
and that's it her monotonous life started from there all the excitement in her life was gone everyday she travelled from her room to that hotel , she had no friends , no parties, no excitement.the only thing that gave pleasure was her singing but she closed that part completely, she hated this life but she had no other option ...she has to spend her life in this way...
It was monsoon it was raining heavily many of the housekeeping staff members had to walk till the bus-stop from the hotel to catch a bus...she saw a co- worker he didn't have an umbrella he was waitin' for the rain to stop , she was hesitant to offer him umbrella , but then she offered him , he was so delighted, he smiled he always saw her in the hotel but he had never talked to her , they both started walking, he was feeling very happy b'coz it has been 3 years that he came to this city to make it big, he wanted to start new business , but he didn't have enough money as he is the only earner his whole family, living in another town...!!he had many responsibilities.
and he was so pleased to see that someone had actually helped him ,someone had actually bothered to see his problem and offered help he never talked to anyone b'coz he knew that many ppl here were self centered , he smiled and tried to talked to her ..Hi i'm maan we both work in the same hotel..."i know" she answered in a dull voice. his smile faded away with her cold response..!!
"yaar geet chal na chalte hai , diwali party hai , bahut mazaa aayega, let's go mere liye,... tu mere saath cha rhi hai bas...!!!"
said priya her neighbour , she was not priya's friend but she occasionally talked to her and this time priya desperatelyly wanted to go the new year party in that colony but she knew that her parents would never allow her to go alone , she she came to geet to persuade her
geet reluctantly agreed to that offer 'coz she didn't wanted to break her heart..!!
she was feeling so lonely in that whole party , she was sitting in a corner...

geet : ohh aap , aap yaha...??
maan : wo mai bhi isi colony me rhta hun..!!!
maan:kya hua it seems u r not enjoying this party ..!!!
geet: haan mjhe ye parties ye sab nahi pasand
maan:ookk but you can try...ab enjoy karne ki koshish karengi to shayad...
geet:aap enjoy kijiye aap yaha kyu baithe hai???
maan: mai enjoy to krna chahta hun par uske liye kisika saath bhi to chahiye na par yaha pe to phle se hi couples bank aaye hai
geet: haan may be u r right . yaha pe to rishte pal me ban bhi jatae hai and pal bhar me toot bhi jaate hai , just like our dreams it doesn't take much time for those to be shattered, she started sharing the whole journey ..with him ...!!!
after some time she realised that she blurted out everythnig in front of him ,she was speechless, she was feeling very awkward , she definetely dinn't wanted to share these things, she stood and went away from there...!!!
Next morning in the hotel she saw him ,she was feeling awkward ,maan understood her plight , he went near her sat beside her and said in in a slow tone ,"it's ok..u shared your journey with me it's not a crime saying this he smiled pleasently...his smile gave her some relief . she smiled ,it was the first time after a long time she was smiling whole heartedly ...slowly slowly ,they started spending more time with each other ,she enjoyed his company, she felt warmth in his company.
