gajjar-halwa and shredded-radish-yogurt🤓

gajjar = carrot. When it is shredded and cooked in milk & sugar, garnished with cardamom, cashews, raisins, almonds, this dessert/sweet dish is called gajjar halwa.

Mulli=horse radish. It can be shredded & sauted with mustard seeds, turmeric, chillies, curry leaves, cilantro and mixed with thick plain yogurt. Salt per taste. This can be eaten with plain rice/fried rice/by itself.
