Maan was tired with all this, as he has recently recovered from the fateful incident he was not feeling that hail and hearty, so he said "Adi, I am tired I think I must join in the office from tomorrow, have you found a secretary for me or is some one already working as one" Adi said "yes, sir you already have a secretary" "who is she?" " you know her, that girl Geet, you met in the morning at KM" Maan glanced back at the accountant "but what was she doing that early at the KM, I thought she helps Dadi" "sir actually she is not from here, she is from HSPur, and she was appointed by Dadi as your secretary and she lives at he outhouse" Maan was surprised "she lives at the outhouse, and since when is she working at KC" "sir, from let me calculate, 8 months" again Maan was surprised "that long, how did she manage to stay that long? Is she really that good or deaf or dumb?" "no sir, she is also assistant interior designer so every time you fire her she remains in the office as the assistant ID and when we do not find any secretary she rsums her work" "it sounds very funny".

Later Adi left for the office and Maan for KM, on way Adi informed Geet that Maan was on his way to KM. Geet hurriedly went to the outhouse, and Dev went to drop Lucky and Nandini to the bus stop, he assured Nandini that he will soon talk to Maan about them and come to ask her hand in marriage. When Maan came inside KM Dadi was reading a book and Nakul was serving her some juice, "hello, Dadi" he said "oh, Maan you are back, so early, is every thing ok" she asked "quite ok, I have forgotten so many things" he said, taking the juice from Nakul and asking him to bring some for Maan she said "can I help you?" "Yes! why not? Dadi Adi told me that Geet is my secretary cum assistant ID at KC and you recruited her and that she lives at the outhouse" Dadi was waiting for this all prepared "yes, beta ji, I hired her that's true but much before that she was your secretary and you fired her when she organized the Chopra launch party on Indian middle class theme" she paused, "and when I saw her I did not know that she was working for you, so I appointed her as your secretary and allowed her to stay in the outhouse" he looked at her "and I agreed, that's strange, then what happened" "nothing much, but you only agreed as I blackmailed you by portraying a false illness" he gave her a shocked look "what? You blackmailed me on the pretext of falling ill, I agree you could have done so" she smiled "and then you again fired her, and this time she came in as a assistant interior designer and then when ever your secretaries left she filled in and in due course you accepted and let her work as she was till then become quite adapt to your anger fits" "wait Dadi, so you are saying, I have fits" "look you are again glowering"

After they finished with their juice he asked "ok this was about Geet, what about the two new I mean not new faces, that girl and that boy? Where are they?" she said "they are from Amritsar, that boy is Lucky and his sister Nandini, they have left for Amritsar" he asked further "but who are they?" she said "Dev is interested in marrying Nandini" "wait! Dadi, what about NT, dev is married to NT then how can he/ this guy is really stupid first Myra, then NT and now Nandini, Dadi at least you should not become his partner in crime, ok he is my bro but still" "but Maan, NT and Dev have been divorced" "how come and where is NT now" Dadi said " they file din the divorce 6 months back and after some time NT had an accident and went to coma, later Arjun took her with him" he sighed "is she out of coma?" she said "we don't know" "Dadi, then how come they are divorced, look as the procedure goes once you file in the papers after 6 months the court calls you for final signature and here that has not been done and owing to circumstances I don't think court will agree for the divorce" Dadi was shocked and so was Dev who had returned from the bus stop and was listening to the conversation, this never occurred to them. "Ok Maan I'll talk about this to Dev lets have dinner now"

On the dinner table Dadi was asking Nakul "have you send in dinner for Geet" before Nakul could answer Maan interrupted "why? Do you always send in dinner for her?" she was shocked to find Maan there so soon, Nakul blurted "no, Chote saab, she used to have dinner here with all ..." and realized his mistake and stepped back into the kitchen, but Maan got it "Dadi, now that girl use to dine here with us, that's why she was there on the breakfast table, go ahead call her, I don't mind, God knows what else has changed during this time" and went to the dining table. Dadi called Geet and told her what has happened and asked her to join.

Geet silently ate her food and later helped Nakul with the dishes, and before leaving she said "Good night Dadi, Good night Dev, Good night Maan sir" Dadi and Dev replied and Maan said "so see you tomorrow in the office, let me also see how you handled the fits" she smiled and wondered what fits he was referring to.
