After reading lots of topic related to MSK memory loss. I think he remember before Dev and Maan's fight happen. Means that time may be he went some where else outside Delhi. And he miss Dadi so much. This situation may be happen in starting of 2010. As per our calculation When Geet start living in outhouse Maan said to her that he is living there from last 6 months. Means fight happen in KM in between Dev and Maan was 6 months ago.
But still their is one question left when Dev and NT get married? Because when NT tried to kill Geet's baby that time she said to Pindy Queen "aaj tak hum maa nahi ban paye aur uski kokh mei humare pati ka bachha hai".
