@Eva:Yup even I was thinking about that clause...I think the cluase was that the house can b sold if the mortgagee wants within that 3 months period..and mayb MSK came to know that Garg is selling the house..so all he did was saving the family from becoming homeless but he is a kind of guy who does not believe in taking credits and so thats why he kept quiet when Biji was accusing him of showing money-power

I don't think we need to worry too much about CCTV because we don't even know what happened to the tapes he must have recorded last time he installed CCtv.
