I liked the letter episode but not loved it. It was definitely a start in the right direction to make up for the things that went wrong, but I too felt that it was a little too mushy and OTT but we were all dying to see Maaneet together that we all eagerly lapped it up.
Yeah it was a bit OTT but the duo in one from look marvellous and sizzle the screen.. No complaints there. It's just the whole process they went through that was a bit out of place. And geet not talking didn't help the reaction much!!Like you I too was waiting for Maan and Geet to pour their hearts out in terms of their feelings, their insecurities and the actual reason for the MU and Geet's reasoning for not forgiving Maan but was dissapointed on that front, it did start to happen in yesterdays episode but only so, there was no depth to it, it should have been explored more deeply.I have given up hope that this will ever happen. They all want to eagerly move on, so we shall too! That's the best solution rather than agonising ourselves right? What made it good for me was GC & DD's acting. They were amazing, their expressions were mindblowing, their passion was very obvious and loved their hug and how they kept clinging to each other.Oh yesterdays hugs were totally goosebump inducing. I just loved how deeply they huged each other and how real it felt. Their love was so visible and they acted very well!I would have liked to see a Makeup kiss😆 (I have a one track mind on this 😉). No married couple will make up after such a big fight and separation and not kiss and makeup 😆Telly world mein sab chalta hai yaar... LOL we've seen couples who are afraid to even touch each other even after their wedding lol! Like I said, even the CVs are now craving a kiss because they keep zooming in on the lips all the time it's too funny to watch. 😆On a serious note it seems that the CV's have taken us for granted. They keep throwing stupid tracks and crappy stuff and us and we get mad but patiently or sometimes impatiently wait for things to get better and then they throw crumbs at us and because we are all so starved we happily settle for it 😕Yeah I agree. But like I said in my answers to other people's posts, it's only hurting me to be mad at them and keep cribbing because they are just not going to listen. So I am going to stop. I have decided to give Geet's new track a short break. I am going back and starting Geet from day 1 - and re-watching the whole thing up to the "almost" suhaag raat. I think I will stick only to MaanEet scenes. Once I am done with that in a few days, I shall be refreshed enough to be able to start watching the current track as if I am watching a new show with the same characters in it.I loved your writing and your analyis, your comments are great and i found myself agreeing on some points, smiling at some and laughing hilariously at a few of them.😊Aww thank you dear! I am at my sarcastic best when I am angry LOL
