Honey, if this is the same lodge, that scene is very entrenched in my mind's storage bin. What a chance meeting as Dev goes out to meet NT and Geet runs into Maan!! Where he reiterated his famous line "from the arms of the father, into the arms of the husband" at the weaknesses of women who cant stand on their own liberated feet, at the weaknesses of women who cant voice opinions or be independent enough to stand up against odds in life. Am I dreaming to assume that Maan Singh Khurana keeps Geet anchored to him, rather not allowing her to become independent??? Honey???

I love the show too, but I have not shut off in every way... Today while talking to a friend, we realized that a hindi movie "Saath khoon.Maaf..." Priyanka Chopra is a total copy😆. But I do get irked...did you notice that all serials seem to copy of each other...eg. using the finger to silence the other person almost a slight touch of the lips etc. so I just get irked.

As I said, Guru is fabulous and I am not a great fan of Dil mil gaya, so there, to me the Geet episode is far more touching ...
