I have no idea when exactly your cousin passed away but I am truly very sorry for your loss and pls convey my condolences to your family.

It was a very sad and touching OS.Geet being a foreigner was a little new but it wasn't impossible to imagine.Truly felt very sorry for Maan but I guess having PTAD there was a possibility that he would have resorted to this.

And pls do continue writing many more OSs and FFs.😊

Before I start rambling, I just thought I'd say that I'm sorry to hear about your cousin. I really hope that they're now in a better place. I think the fact that you wrote about something that personally affected you was clearly seen in this OS. As much as I hate to admit it..I cried. I cried reading about the pure love between the two. :( You have this amazing ability where it becomes so easy for the reader to connect with your characters. I guess that explains why I cried like a little kid when reading 'Irrevocably Yours' and why I cried again reading this OS.

The relationship that the two of them shared was simply beautiful and it portrayed their love in the most purest form. The fact that Maan took his life to protect the love of his life is ironic in a way but it was beautifully described. I also like the way the OS was based on the life of a soldier although I'm in two minds about it. The feeling of Maan were portrayed beautifully where he's fighting with himself to try and justify it all. In a way though, I think that despite the obvious fact that being a soldier often involves taking the life of innocent men and women, at the same time you are also protecting the life of many innocent people.

All in all I thought it was a wonderful OS even though you made me cry again. :( lol

I sure hope this was your last sad OS Samira! You write such stories so brilliantly yet with exams round the corner I think I could do with a bit of cheering up. :P

You cried!? 😲 I really must be gifted after all. I'm glad you were able to emotionally connect yourself with the characters and the plot of the story.

I like romantic war movies, especially when the story involves a handsome soldier 😆. So I used that setting to write my OS. But I agree, although soldiers are compelled to take many lives, they are also protecting their home, country, and the lives of many other innocents. But sadly, not all people seem to view that in the same light. Similarly, Maan could only see the guilt, and not the fact that he was protecting his country.

Lol I assure you, this will be my last sad OS. 😆 I will write a happy one very soon. 😉
