It's weird how you always manage to surprise me with your writing.

Before I start rambling, I just thought I'd say that I'm sorry to hear about your cousin. I really hope that they're now in a better place. I think the fact that you wrote about something that personally affected you was clearly seen in this OS. As much as I hate to admit it..I cried. I cried reading about the pure love between the two. :( You have this amazing ability where it becomes so easy for the reader to connect with your characters. I guess that explains why I cried like a little kid when reading 'Irrevocably Yours' and why I cried again reading this OS.

The relationship that the two of them shared was simply beautiful and it portrayed their love in the most purest form. The fact that Maan took his life to protect the love of his life is ironic in a way but it was beautifully described. I also like the way the OS was based on the life of a soldier although I'm in two minds about it. The feeling of Maan were portrayed beautifully where he's fighting with himself to try and justify it all. In a way though, I think that despite the obvious fact that being a soldier often involves taking the life of innocent men and women, at the same time you are also protecting the life of many innocent people.

All in all I thought it was a wonderful OS even though you made me cry again. :( lol

I sure hope this was your last sad OS Samira! You write such stories so brilliantly yet with exams round the corner I think I could do with a bit of cheering up. :P

Oh bless your soul !! I had my shield ready in case someone decided to hurl something at my direction 🤣. Yeah of course, suicide is never the better option. But I was in an emo mood and thus wrote one in regards to it.
