may be it is DOI : Date of Issuance but i am not sure

there are around 42 expansions for DOI just have a look

even if it is Date of Issuance how could they give license to 10 yr old guy .... ADI u surely need CHEATING CLASSES😆

Which RTO will give a license valid for forty years at a stretch? The validity on that license show that it is valid till 2026. The normal validity period for which license is twenty years or up to 50 years of age which ever is earlier. Here the RTO has given a license till the person reaches 50 years of age as per the date of birth given in the card. Since the 'whichever is earlier' clause applies in this case, it should have been only for 20 years. This means it has already lapsed in 2006. Then there is the obvious error of giving a license to a 10 year old as pointed out by the poster.

By the way if Tej believes this license with all its errors, he is trully an ullu.

Well I said if Tej is shown this license by Balwant Singh and he accepts it, then he is an ullu.
