Your post got me thinking of many instances where the car or a four-wheeled vehicle has played a pivotal role in Maaneet's life...

1) First time Maan saved Geet...and Geet asked for his help and he refused...Geet tried to steal his jeep...but was not able to control it...Again Maan came and rescued her...

2) Again when Brij was searching for her in the HP marketplace...she hid in Maan's Jeep and was saved from Brij...

3) The first time Geet jataoed her haq on Maan was when they were traveling together in the Jeep to Amritsar when she forcibly tied the kerchief on Maan's hands...

4) When Geet had gone back to HP to convince Rasika Rathod to take back her case...Maan had come to take Geet back from there...but when he was driving her back in the car Geet took over the wheel and they ended up having an accident...That accident subsequently led to Geet's realisation of Maan's importance in her life and Maan's realisation of Geet's struggles and also her sadness...In this same period ...the car was witness to Geet's extending of hand of friendship to Maan...

5) Two instances when the car was witness to Maan's pain was when first he came to know about Geet's pregnancy and drove to a cliff's end to shout out his anguish and the second when Geet went missing from the engagement...

6) Once again a car was witness to the struggle which Geet went through to tell Maan the complete story of her pregnancy and Maan who was in a car was indifferent to her and unheard her shouts...Similarly when Maan was following Geet who was in a car in Jindiyala on a cycle shouting her name Geet did not hear him as she had closeted herself in her hurt and grief.

7) When Maan and Geet were returning from the HM and Geet stubbornly wanted to drive the car albeit to steer Maan's thoughts away from Dev and Maan gave in to her tantrums ...That was a weak moment which led to the accident and Geet having to ask for Dev's help to save Maan's life...Once again when the steering wheel of Maanet's life was handled immaturely it led to a disaster which turned Maneet's life upside down...

8) And now once again like you have mention the car is playing an important role in bringing them together...

Once again, you have seen and interpreted something which none of us could even imagine...so Hats off to you Opti...👏

By the same token, Maan has always had his hands full of grease. Either he has not invested much time or energy in prevention thereby ensuring that his cars never breakdown or his cars/jeep always breaking down is the amount of pressure his relationships are always in and so his hands being always greasy and him being under the car is indicative of the amount of time he always has to spend in making the car go smoothly.

Has he become an expert in cars because of this or is it a different problem everytime and he is still learning.

Thanks Usha. You are right. That's very observant of you. Maan is the real handyman to have around. One can save on all the garage bills I suppose. We see him tirelessly working on their relationship. The only time he gave up and Geet had to go after him was during the IP track.
