The problem lies in the expectations of some people--
Dev- rapist, was and always will be.
Maan- saint, was, always will be.
Geet- victim wrt Dev, indebted damsel wrt Maan , was, always will be.

If you guys have been following the series why cant you see wht I have seen?

Geet cannot always think of Dev elementally as a rapist. The character of Dev has developed a lot since then--
--- He realized his crime , actually surrendered, wanting to atone for it.
--- Left them alone when Maan didnt pursue the case..
--- saved Maans life..

Now , for Daadi she was forced to accept him back in the house, but she ignored him completely.
Still the fact remains hes in the house living with them. She has just overcome her grief of loosing her child, and suddenly realized she needs to get their life on track... why admist all this pain must she also carry on being bitter?

As for Maan.. is she supposed to worship him , or love him as a woman loves a man? WHy should she always have to compare what Dev did and then remember what Maan did and then decide.. thats absolutely ridiculous and very cold on part of people to expect so!

Just cuz Dev did what he did in the past doesnt mean, she should forgive Maan for everything he ever does or say cuz it would neva be as heinous as what Dev did!
Dev shouldnt / doesnt figure in their lives right? Maan also believes that right? so then why shouldnt she be hurt by what Maan says, irrespective of Devs crime? wheres the justice in that?

Its shocking to see that people still put Maan on a pedestal and expect Geet to kill herself proving all the time that she is deserving of his generosity!

WHat Maan said was an outcome of repressed anger and confusion... but it was hurtful nonetheless... very very very demeaning. and Geet is right to be struck badly by it. Dev doesnt matter to her, Maan does.

So we can understand where Maan is coming from, please try and understand her too. and dont always weigh everything Maan does against Dev's crime. Its very unjust to Geet.

In my humble opinion, Geet is a chaarcter that holds her self-respect and integrity in high regards...
I just don't understand why she had a relapse during the infamous Geet-Dev holi scene !!!! If you completely ignore the unholy holi scene then her leaving the house makes sense in response to Maan's outburst ....
but it's hard to ignore such a scene, which is why i'm confused 😕

geet-dev scene in holi is the only one thing proving her wrong today. If such scene was edited, the story would have been different. Yes I agree till that scene geet was the women with high morals and self respect........But that one scene toatlly damaged her character and nade viewers confused about why is she leaving the house? If she leaves for her self respect.........then the question will be what about that scene.............................oh god..........it became too complicated now

Any women who have self respect will never let touch herself by the person who cheat (rape) her, make her pregnant and left her.... good that she forgive him to start a fresh.. that does not mean she let that cheat to apply color/touch her and in reply she was smiling ....so its obvious that her husband will be hurt to the core.

What she did (I mean the cv;s made her to do) ...she was in her sense.... but what Maan did, he was over taken by anger.

I must say the idea of hurting self-respect showed is very selective, when dev romances her (I mean puts colors on her) it does not hurt her self respect, but when her husband ask her about why she forgive dev and let him touch her.... then it hurts her self-respect... what a pathetic idea 🤣

So I feel that the cv's are trying to convince us to digest their crap idea....but I'm sorry I do not like their logic and idea for this separation and MU at all.

Its my personal view. Not to hurt any one.

Its simple....you dont have self respect ..........safed khoon means no self respect.................But I think she has no self respect..........what she did was................no self respect........thing

I disagree with all who think Geet couldn't stop Dev in front of all, or she just allowed it in festive spirit etc.... I AM SORRY BUT its not that people around didn't know what Dev did to Geet...agar woh sabke samne Dev ko jail bhej sakti hai.....national TV pe Maan pe ilzam laga sakti then she can't stop the man from touching her? Please!!!!

And to all those who are saying that Maan's words were harsh - I am sorry pleas think again if you see the one person who has hurt your wife/hubby so much and then those two are smiling and putting color on eachother wont you be upset!!!

And this is not new to Geet..... Maan has accepted Geet with all her good and bad then why is it that over and over Geet can't accept Maan with all??? She isn't unaware of his anger or the fact that when he is in anger he doesn't mean things how can you leave the one man who stood by you at each and every step...loved you more than anything....cared for you more than you ever cared for yourself ....the person who takes care of all your nakhras and nadanis.......!!!

I am absolutely upset with CVs for showing a woman just leaves her hubby just cause he was angry and said something and NO Maan never said she cheated on him he was confused and upset about HOW can Geet forgive Dev....!

And as I wrote on other post, I wont allow my ex to come near me even after 5 years....then how can Geet allow Dev to touch her after not even a year!!!!!

I am sure all of remember SRK from KKHH where he tells Rani ke ek mard ka sar sirf 3 ke samne jhukta hai, and all the girls were nuts after seeing him jhukav his sar for rani same way Maan ka sar sirf Geet ke liye jhukta hai but that doesn't mean GEET ka sirf Maan ke liye jhukta hai...as it doesn't....her will fights with Maan for everything par dusro ke liye she is softer. Oh well the one mistake every lover makes is to take the other for granted and I hate Geet doing that.

I want to also tell that :

Maan jo karta hai apne pyaar ke liye karta hai let it be good or bad
Dev somehow is all saintlike doesn't make everything okay for what he did
Dadi being a dadi forgives and forgets as a mother would
Geet wants to forgive fine....forget too okay sure but every wife should know whats under and whats over limit she can't even stand some girls trying to line maro on her hubby but is okay letting Dev touch her cheeks and Maan should become even bigger saint and say Geet its okay sure why not!

I am not saying Geet should always be indebted to Maan but she needs to understand that person she claims to love and accept him for what and how he is just like he has.

awww, very touching....... do you want me to imitate a violin?
He is a sinner. His sins will never erase or decrease. He needs a rebirth which is certainly not possible.
how could he even dare to touch her? How could geet let him touch her? this is disgusting...
