I think not only maan but any maan would feel a little insecure if he saw the biological father around him and his wife.

Like you i have full faith in geet that she will make realise that he is the real father as he has always stood by her and the baby. Just giving sperm does not mean that Dev is the baby's father. He did not even care about the baby when he left geet.
