I have AB -ve blood group ...... and i am going to help Maan to save his life .....because we all LOVE him ....and can't affort to loose him

The CVs may not be totally wrong. If the patient requires whole blood transfusion instead of just transfusion of RBCs, then AB negative people can accept blood only from other AB negative people. Whole blood transfusions are rare. Normally only RBCs are segregated from the blood and transfused but in some cases like open heart surgeries, whole blood transfusions may be required. Maybe Maan required an open heart surgery. This means only AB negative donor can give blood to the patient. Check this chart.
