The Show cannot Bank on the Lead Actors ACTING SKILLS AND CHEMISTRY ALONE
Maan and Geet are characters, Puppets at the Hands of the CV's, We adore them, love them and in some case even worship them......But these characters are much loved because earlier there was a solid Script, a script that helped MAAN and GEET to carve a niche in the hearts of the viewers/audience.
The script of the GHSP (Earlier) was one of a kind, precise, clear, logical, APT!!! Plus when u have amazing actors like GC and DD who can deliver, who breaths life into the characters sketched to make the script and story look stunningly Amazing and believable we automatically fall in love with them.....Hence for sure more than the acting its the script....which is important by at least 1%.......So no matter how much one argue ki they are fantastic actors at the end of the day they need a script to help them'..
Maan and Geet are different from the Regular Leads......What makes MAAN and GEET special is, the TREATMENT that was given to their roles in the Initial days, the way they have sketched these characters is amazing' Jis tareeke se inhe viewers ke dil mein bitaya gaya hai, is what did the TRICK....
In which show has the Male lead, push away the lead female when she is in Need of help??? That is the scene that caught most of the Viewers attention when it comes to MAAN....
When it comes to GEET, its the whole idea of Honor Killing and how she was subjected to it and her fight for Justice which made GEET the favorite of all......Yes there have been other shows too which deals with such social issues, and the atrocities done to, but never was it shown the way its shown in GHSP
Then with the showcasing of Kurbaan Hua, MAANEET were tagged as the most Fav and Passionate Couple in Tellywood....
A lot of factors, thinking and processing had gone earlier in the making of this show.....which is MISSING now.....But why????

These three have been the Central Characters from Day One; The Journey we have completed so far would have never been the same if anyone of the three went missing'I agree at times there has been character inconsistency but that like Twice or Thrice out of say 50 episodes and so its ignorable'..
What's surprising is that Dev Singh Khurana just Vanished from the lives of Maaneet as well as the Audience, and today when he returned back, it wasn't the same Old Face with whom we associate, but did it feel like there was a void'.NO
Samir Sharma has fitted into the character of Dev Singh Khurana as if the role was tailored especially for him, keeping him in mind '..Hats off to the actor's ability to essay the character of DEV without who we may never have had this Journey at all''Samir is ding a wonderful job as DSK no doubts'.But its that TEAM of master creators, who sketched Dev Khurana, who actually deserve mention, a round of applause etc here coz had it not been for them, I don't think Samir Sharma would be able to garner so much attention and praises for his Portrayal of DSK in just 4 days.....đ

The Old Set of Writers/Creatives have left the show in search for new Projects/Ventures (And this is not something new), they created Magic on screen, but thats over.....
We have a New Set Now, they can scatter their own Magic into the show, They can set new standards, Now since they are working on this show, they can show their creativity and perspective in the show, and get the appreciation of the viewers.....đ
If the New Set of Writers/Creative's along with Series Director who was there since Day One, do not pull up their socks, do the necessary Damage Control and introduce freshness in terms of Creativity'GHSP will SURELY DIE a silent Death.
