I am so glad that all have put in your point of view so explicitly. It seems we have a division of opinion.
Dear Hima Thanks for the links. I respect your views and ix2u and bobby and many other who think Dev is fake and cannot be trusted. Well that only we see in future. But I am a strong supporter for the repentance and forgiveness track that CV played with our hearts and minds for months together. Now if all of a sudden they will show Dev in a negative state....They will wash off every effort that they have put in to make him into positive. I want to write so much but Spandana and Dee has said it all. Thanks girls for supporting the view.
Secondly I believe that Geet and Maan are such positive characters that their influence can chane any person for good. I agree Dev was Bad but if You read his character carefully he used to behave differently when Geet used to be around and when NT used to be around....and furthermore when Myra was around. Dev was jealous of Maan but he respected him too. Remember NT said that Dev did not sell the shares to generate the money because he did not want to bring bad name to Khurana family. If he was so jealous of Maan then why did he cared for his business and family.
Well sometimes people are jealous because they know they can't be as good as them. Secondly Dev never disrespect Geet. WHat he did was a lustful fulfillment of his fleshly desire...he took her advantage .....morally yes he disrespected her but he never did it in person. Furthermore he was guilty of his act. May be it is that guilt and Geet's goodness that changed her. Even after the faceoff he could not muster the gusts to face her. ...I strongly feel his repentance was true. He turned bad only under NT's influence...remember Myra used to love her in college and she also felt that Dev was changed after he met NT. Even Maan used to feel the same that its only under NT's influence Dev has turned bad. It happens sometimes women can make a Man bad. To me Dev has been a weak charactered person but later on when he realised his mistake and got a truthful support favouring that is right. he just clinged to it and sailed on. and that support was myra. I really do not think that such intelligent girl will let Dev go astray again.
About Geet...I love her baby faces and tantrums. I love the current track also but not the execution of the track. I only want her to tone down as Dee said. She need to be more in control and balanced....She is going to be a mother. She is no longer an 18 years old girl who needs 100% attention. She should understand when Maan needs to work and when enjoy.
Come on yaar if she wants to be with Maan all the time she can help him in his work...be at home or in the office.
We have seen such composed, docile and elegant side of Geet before marriage...what has made her exactly the opposite.
