@Jyo....I have not seen the epyy as yet but seeing you all go OMG and the crying emos all around , I had to use up my limited shudh hindi and airline anouncements to get you all down....well it was futile🤣

@all, I have done 30 min cardio, warm and cool down, 45 mins classic strength and core training, I have burnt gazillion calories early in the morning and am loading up on protein now🤓 just so you know🤓😆
