It is NT after a gender change operation.

She was wearing the pants in her relationship with Dev anyway. And she found out the Arjun was also a nikkamma who had fallen for Anne literally. So woke up from her coma and realized Arjun wasn;t with her in the hospital and assumed he must be romancing Anne someplace. So she decided to undergo an operation and get back at Geet naye andaz mein. 🤣
