Episode 5
It's morning in the Khurana mansion.
Maan and geet are sleeping. Geet is on Maan's lap. Maan is sitting and sleeping. He wakes up, he sees geet and he is smiling.
Self thought:- I'm so lucky, the first thing I saw when I opened my eyes was this angel. Now my day will be good. What I liked in geet when I first saw her can be seen on her face today. The same innocence and simplicity.
Geet smiles in her sleep.
She's surely thinking of me, poor girl. What else can she do? MSK's charm is such that it leaves a mark on your heart forever.
Maan smiles.
Anyway I best go.
He's about to get up.
I'll write a note for geet, so she's not worried when she wakes up.
He writes the note and goes into the bathroom.
Geet wakes up. She reads the note.
"Mrs Maan Singh Khurana, good morning. You were sleeping and I didn't feel like waking sucha beautiful angel up. I'll see you tonight, look after yourself. Oh and yes ive left my heart with you, don't lose it."
Geets gets up smiling. Shes goes to the wardrobe and is looking at clothes and talking to herself.
Geet: Today I'll dress up for maan, what's his favourite colour?
Maan comes out of bathroom bare-chested and hears. He sneaks up on her and hugs her.
Maan: MSK's favourite colour is red, your favourite colour. Yo taught me the meaning of colours in life otherwise I thought everything should be plain.
Geet turns around and is shocked at seeing maan half-naked. She runs away shy but Maan holds her dupatta and pulls her back.
Maan: Where are you running to, Mrs MSK?
Dadima comes and is standing outside listening.
Geet: that....
Maan: Dont you think we should erase these distances? We should become one? From maan and geet we should become Maaneet?
Geet: Oh god, what are you doing? that too in the morning? leave me, I don't want to be aik vaik.
Maan: Oh so why did you marry me?
Geet: Oh yeah, because I only married you, you didn't marry me, did you? I don't know what you think of yourself.
Maan: I'll go and talk to the lawyer now, we'll get a divorce.
Geet puts her hand on Maan's mouth.
Geet: No, maan. Joking is in its own place but never say that. You know, last night I had a dream that I was in a white saree and Dadima and NE were blaming me for your death.
Maan takes her to the sofa. He hug her with pain in his eyes.
Maan: No geet, that will never happen.
Maan kisses her on the forehead and takes her in his lap.
Maan: I won't let it happen.
*Eyelock*
Dadima comes. Geet blushes and tries to get up but maan keeps her there.
Dadima: Geet, now you don't need to be shy, your married after all, you can do whatever you want infront of me . ie, hug, become 1 from maan and geet become maaneet. (Teasing)
Maan: Dadi!
Dadima: Bete, your speech was amazing but don't think it had any effect on geet, keep trying. I'm just glad you got a wife like geet, who won't listen to your every wish and will keep you in line.
She leaves
Maan: Geet I'll go aswell and remember, wear a red sari tonight for me.
He smiles and leaves.
Arjun rings.
Arjun: So you got bail?
Maan: What did you think? you'll keep me in jail and I wouldn't be able to do anything about it. No ASR, MSK is still as powerful and knows how to save himself.
Arjun: Really? Prove it?
Maan: How?
Arjun: Meet me on camel point.
Maan: I'll be there.
MSK arrives and sees arjun standing there.
Maan: tell me.
Arjun: just thought i'd show you these pictures of me and NE.
He chucks them. He and NE are doing stuff in the pictures.
Maan: Arjun!
Arjun: I must say NE is so sexy, I just can't get that night out of my head. But I suppose geet is ten times better, right maan?
Maan: Don't you dare say another word about geet or NE.
Arjun: What will you do?
Maan: I'll kill you.
Arjun: Come on, I'm not scared of you, MSK.
They start fighting. Annie is walking down below and hears them. She is shocked and starts running.
Arjun: Poor geet, what will she go through when her suhaag dies? her mehndi hasn't even faded yet.
Maan: Don't worry about her. I'll die but I won't let anything happen to her.
Arjun grabs him and is about to push him off. Annie comes with a gun in her hand.
NE: Stop!
She holds the gun to her head.
NE: Leave Maan bhai, if you don't you'll see my dead body, and don't forget I'm carrying your unborn child.
Screen freezes on 3 of them.
Precap:
Maan: Annie if you take arjun's side today, then you'll be dead for us.
NE: bhai!
Maan: Annie, decide!
