A few random points -

1 . Those who are saying why arnt these posts made when GC is bashed obviously do not visit the forum much or pay attention to what happens here . For every 1 thread bashing GC there are 5 or maybe more opened by GC fans defending him . I could get into listing down names of those die hard fans but will avoid for my own sanity . So if GC fans have a right to defend their fav , so do DD fans .

2. Most people choose to ignore the most obvious thing here . This is an article without any unconfirmed of credible quotes or sources . And if people want to believe what Chugalkhor Aunty said then let us all jog our memories to the episode where she categorically mentioned GC calling DD a .... well u know what ... So if this holds true that holds true as well .

Mostly when GC is bashed either fairly or unfairly it is on the basis of what he says either in his blogs or his interviews and here lies the difference .What we have here is an article without quotes . Wait for DD to say something , anything to pick on her
...!

3 . Regarding the baby track . Was she told that she will have to sport a bump or was she just told that a MC will take place because that is what audience unfortunately wants / wanted . If she was asked to sport a bump and she backed out now then by all means call her unprofessional . Yes her back problem can be a
reason but if she has no other issues then the creatives can smartly use clothing and something comfortable to work it out .

4 . I for one want the baby track . So much hullahoo , campaigns
and petitions to keep the baby and now I will be pissed to find out that the cvs wanted the baby track but DD had problems . So even if she wasn't prepared for the bump she or for that matter any actor should be aware of the way things work in a daily . Script changes almost every time the actor falls ill
or takes a holiday or as per what the auduence wants etc . So if the whole news about her refusing the bump is true I sincerely hope she changes her mind

Lastly after this ' tit for tat' ends , I hope both sets of fans realize that they lose the right to complain even their fav gets bashed . No more acting holier than thou and saying " ooh so wrong to bash actors like this ".

Hmph ....!!!! I'm tired of this debate already . Need a new controversy now :P

@ashi - i agree with everything u say .... but that GC bashing thing ... somewhere his fans are right ....GC is not merely criticized for his blog or interviews or whatever .....whenever something goes wrong in GEET or ppl think something has gone wrong our favorite punching bag is GC

I agree that GC has been bashed unfairly too and I said it in another thread where DD 's article was posted . That said you cannot deny the fact that it is either his blog / interviews or his conduct/ personality that is criticized . If not that then the fact that he had taken a few breaks whether on account of his health or anything else whereas DD had been working non stop except fit the few days she took off because of her back problem . Fair or unfair is debatable .

But I fail to understand exactly what is it that people are bashing DD for ? I do not even know how to defend her . There is no basis to either bash or defend because there is no confirmation from anyone .

You can pick one of her interviews , diss her personality / conduct or dissect her statements . I am okay with that . To an extent I'm also okay with people dissing her private life . I am no saint . I also diss actors based on their private lives . But this , I just dont get . Let her it someone from the PH say something and we will comment .

Name calling in both the cases is bad and should be avoided .
