Apologies for the delay in writing the take. This is a crazy week for me. Things have been too hectic at work and to make matters worse I am bringing work home too .
OK with that out of the way now let us talk about the episode. 😃
I know a lot of people liked the episode but I truly consider it an average episode. I am not able to get over the fact that the CVs you hired do not do their homework on a consistent basis and this is beginning to grate on my nerves and detracting my enjoyment of the series. 😔 😒 I hereby confer upon them the title of "Ghajini" hangover CVs.
1) Mr. Chopra became Mr. Khanna 😕 😕 😕 ....... they never had a Mr. Khanna and the entire story that Geet recounted clearly fits the bill for Mr. Chopra. You are letting the ball drop left right and center and this is unacceptable. 👎🏼
If you are incapable of doing this yourself, find someone who watches the series and show them the script before you decide to shoot it. 🤔 Just to let you know, it is only in the telly world that you can get away with this. On a real job you would be fired the next day if you did not get up to speed with what the person who held your job previously had done 🤣.
2) Siblings appearing out of thin air. Really 😳.
Things just do not add up for me. Anie met Arjun outside KC when she went to bring the file. Then she just disappeared even though Maan asked her to come right back? 😕 😕 😕 and she does not know NT's brother is Arjun Rathod though he clearly introduced himself to the entire office. I guess she was dolling up in the ladies room since her brother was suitably distracted 🤣 🤣 or maybe she went back (transported herself back) to whichever planet she came from for a short time 🤣 🤣.....Wish she had stayed back there 😈
3) Arjun who was boxing is now the owner of the topmost event management company in Delhi 😲 🤣 🤣.......... he owns an event management company and is going to bankrupt a construction company 🤣 🤣...........does he have a fairy godmother with a magic wand or something 🤣🤣......if he has the means to buy an event management company why did his sister have to auction off her own husband to the highest bidder to raise the money? Could she not have asked him? 😳
4) Did NT and Dev have a gandharva vivah 😳 🤣 🤣......you know one of those wedding in which the bride and the groom exchange garlands with god as their witness and they have no other witnesses cause well, they invite no one - not even their parents, siblings, grandmother, sister etc. 😛 That is the only explanation for why Maan-Daadi did not know Arjun and Anie does not know Arjun. Or maybe NT and Dev eloped 😳 🤣 🤣 .......that would make sense maybe they both were drunk and high and decided to elope and do a gandharva vivaah. 🤣 🤣 Point to be noted - Arjun knows who Anie is but Anie does not know who Arjun is 🤣. Aise hi chaltha raha then we will have to rename this series Geet bana Ghajini 😡 cos your viewers will be an utterly confused lot. 🤣 🤣
5) The actor playing Arjun needs to work on his expressions. He is turning into another Dev 😳🤢
6) Geet wants to find a new job now 😲 .......yeah right who will hire you with 2 months experience 🤣 🤣 .......also she has a personal relationship with her boss and has humiliated her boss in public 🤣 🤣...........she may have her talents but just because Maan is an idiot does not mean that all the others are too 🤣 🤣.
7) Anie is calling an event management company and daadi is calling someone for the lighting separately. 😕 😕 😕.......Guess the event management company just shows up on that day and manages the event 🤣 🤣......you do all the hard work of setting it up yourself and they walk away with the credit 🤣 🤣 and of course the moolah 🤣 🤣
8) Please spare us the Urjun-NE romance please. I can barely stand those 2 by themselves 🤢 I would give myself a migraine by eating some foods I am allergic to than watch their romance 🤢🤢 🤢 (because watching their romance will give me a bigger migraine) 😡
9) MAAN SHOULD NOT TAKE THE CASE BACK. HE SHOULD TELL DAADIMA IN NO UNCERTAIN TERMS THAT NO ONE EXCEPT GEET GETS TO MAKE THE DECISION. PLUS DAADIMA IS RIGHT THEY NEED TO HAVE A PEACEFUL LIFE BUT UNLESS JUSTICE IS SERVED, GEET CANNOT MOVE ON. DAADIMA NEEDS TO UNDERSTAND THIS. I WANT MAAN AND GEET TO STAND UP TO DAADIMA REGARDING THIS.
10) NO BANKRUPTCY because it proves you are bankrupt of ideas.
11) NO HAPPY ENDING FOR DEV 😡.........he is a rapist and rapists who destroy an innocent girl's life do not get a happy ending unless going to prison is their idea of fun. 😡
12) Your writers seem to be suffering from a chronic lack of imagination. They can only envision Maaneet fighting or talking about celestial bodies. Can't they have a normal conversation about what their life would be like after marriage, about the baby, about whether Geet will continue to work after marriage and so on. There is so much they can discuss and then argue about. Instead you have to make them do one of the two things. 😡
