@Taqdir, Opti - That was precisely my reason for suggesting Dev's death. They killed the character they created and Dev has been so redundant of late, they might as well end it with a bang. And I am not soo fond of every character being replaced. The story changes somehow. Like I liked the old daadima better. And now Sasha quitting the show also.

Unless they have a very strong track they planned for Dev ahead, they can end it now instead of bringing someone else in to rot on the sets.

you know what if the writers only read one book in life "Pride and prejudice" and tried to steal ideas from the characters depicted there, they would have come up wioth excellent stories with exciting character. Looks like these so called writers never read any good book in their lives!

i so agree the purpose of dev's presence in the story is only to have villain... not a spineless majnu....for me dev has died long ago when he got that saint avtaar....
