BTS: Jimin plays it cool as fans bombard with questions on new album on birthday live on Weverse

Jimin of BTS has turned 30 today. He did a customary birthday live on Weverse, which was attended by fans in millions. The singer says the excitement of birthdays has waned as he grew older. Jimin said he got pocket money from his father, and his parents came over to spend some time with him. The singer also said that he was busy the whole day in recording. Jimin said all the members called and texted him to wish him on the special day. Park Jimin got candid on how he felt he had adapted quite well to celebrity life after being away in the military for more than a year.

The singer also sang a few song including Charlie Puth’s If You Leave Me Now featuring Boyz II Men. Jimin said the band is very excited for 2026. It seems they are all working hard on the album. The singer said they have discussed how it would feel to do a series of concerts before ARMYs after a long time. Fans kept on asking for spoilers for the new album. He kept a poker face or just smiled away. It seems the new album will have around eight songs.

Jimin also spoke about his appearance for Dior at the Paris Fashion Week. He said that he was a little nervous seeing media on one side and fans on another. He had thought he would come out smiling and waving like a typical pop star.

But when the moment arrived, he was spaced out. He also said that he was not conscious choosing the outfit, the black blazer and trousers with no shirt underneath. However, when he got out of the car the moment left him a bit spaced out. He also said that he is working out diligently to lose weight.
