I think it's just in context with his dog Dexter, what he means to say that just because he looks good with his screen co-stars, be his family, GF or pet, his real life people are real and important and cannot be replaced by the reel life characters

somewhere I feel that this may b the reason of using BDs though the main reason is the actors goin on vacation but may b he is now feeling uncomfortable wid all the topics on his personal life which has started in this forum from last few weeks..& as a result he isnt able to giv his 100% to the character Maan..
