Opti - i dont think it matters who says ILU first....the bottom line is they both do....so i don't really have preference. But i do get why Maan shud say it first.
and i think next week is too soon for the wedding, i think it'll be done in style so that'll take time. ....it'll be big so i think they wud do a lot of promotion for it.
