we all read each others takes....opinions.....yea we didn't agree with everything....but neither did we jump on each other for not agreeing with anyone......it is OK to not agree with someone...but it is not okay to tell the person flat out that YOU ARE WRONG.....and also it is not good....to try to prove the other wrong!!!

everyone has their own POVs....they should be able to express them....and sure you can disagree with another's POV.....but you shouldn't force ur opinion on that person....respect their POV.../take....and if u don't agree.....then simply state "i respect ur POV, but i disagree...and state ur points.....and so on....

of course debates are fun.....but you should keep it calm...and civilized....so that is fun....and u would not be uncomfortable to do it again

we are all different....we all think differently...which is why we all bring fresh ideas....takes....symbolisms...to our idiot family table....

we come here....so that we all find a reason to smile....find a reason to chill...and free ourselves from other tensions....not come here and leave with new tensions....no??

I love each and every idiot on this thread......but these days....i feel the thread has changed....i feel uneasy in this atmosphere.....

aisa to nahin tha hamara thread kabhi bhi!! We always disagreed with one another.....but we also listened and tried to understand the other's POV....even if we didn't agree with them still...but we still respected it and listened......

also...if you have a problem with someone.....because of what they said....just politely pm them and tell them what you felt....and clear out the issue.....no need to take tension...we are all friends here.....

also don't ever take anything to heart....because sometimes people may not be able to express well in their writings....you may misread what they have wrote....fail to understand...and if so...then pm them and ask them....maybe you will agree with what they wrote....and it will prevent other friction....

everyone is welcomed in the idiots thread.....we all love to hear and read everyone's different views....but it is only fun when the environment is kept comfortable....where people are not scared to voice their opinions

Geet said to Maan on "horror Friday" that "I heard what you said to Dadi". If someone said this to me, it means the heard the entire convo. In my POV Maan did not make a mistake on "horror Friday" not because I think he is God, but because he was obeying his grandmother who just suffered from a heart attack. And as I remember you quoting the Mahabarata, it was Maan's duty to obey his grandmother and especially so under the circumstances.

From takes that I have read people have indicate that Maan is God to them and they have also indicated that he has flaws. I have also indicated that he has flaws.

I think people loves the way he handles himself and situations.

She is so selfish that even after Maan told her not to come to ofc, she comes because she knows he is upset..😕😕

She is so selfish because she knows that bringing a smile on his face by asking for forgiveness in her typical childish behavior will not only reduce her guilt but also alleviate Maan's pain... Because he would have to forgive himself 1st to forgive her...

As I mentioned in my take from yesterday, she didn't just bumped into him. What Geet did on "horror Friday" is exactly as she mentions in her apology today a "big mistake". He didn't need to forgive himself first he needed Geet to forgive him for being apart of the family of the culprits who runied her life.

The "typical childish behavior" does not compensate for the magnitude of a disaster created on "horror Friday". Considering she is gonna have a baby, she should learn how to address situations as an adult. And after she isn't a kid, she is a young lady.

She is so selfish that she wants him to give her punishment to atone her mistake- Why does she say this??? Because this is how she has been reprimanded for her mistakes in her home..So she meant no hurt when she told Maan to punish her for her faults..

I actually liked that she asked for punishment because it gave me the idea that she realized how big of a mistake she made. She meant to hur to Maan when she asked for punishment, but Maan can't bear Geet to be hurt. It is a relfection of how much he loves her.

She is soo selfish that even after the way he behaved to her during the party... she told him yesterday that he makes no mistakes.. Its she who is at fault always... 😕

I am not going to get into the party issue much except to say that Geet is the one who broke up with Maan. And the dance sequence were used in previous dance tracks and no one complained even though Geet resist in two of the three I recall now...

My takes up to "horror Friday" have been impartial to both Maan and Geet. Geet's action on "horror Friday" made me choose and I chose to side with truth and it happened to be Maan in my POV.

And in love - No matter who hurts whom... ultimately both suffer and the person who has started it all gets hurt the most... 🤢🤢

They both get hurt endlessly.

And when we are hurt.. Reason is as far away from us as the Sun is from Neptune 😆😆

Geet is such a shallow creature that at the age of 18 instead of listening to her elders.. she decided to follow a stranger's words which gave her the courage and take a course of action that alienated her from her kin...

I am not really sure where this is coming from, but the takes I read including my own has to do with her "horror Friday" blunder and not her leaving her family in HP.

Maan has always been Geet's savior... But its mostly Physically... Geet has been Maan's savior - Emotionally... He who had become a hard shell of man and had hidden all his emotions and goodness under the rug of his heart... His true nature came out cos of her.. because of what she was..😍.. Dadi too acknowledges the same!!

I disagree. They have both been each others savior mentally and Geet will be there for Maan when his past comes up and Maan with be there when society points a finger at Geet. Unfortunately and sad, but that is society for you today with few exceptions. You are right in that Maan has also physically saved Geet.

There is a diag in HP - in the wedding house... He says its the paradoxial nature of hers that draws him to her... She is strong but cries like a child when adversity is thrown at her... She is a confused soul - Why.. Because her heart and mind are constantly at war' She has loads of insecurities.. But she is not without her Self Respect.. That was brought out courtesy Maan's nasty remarks.. He has always had the power to make her sit up and not just listen to him.. but follow his words to make her stronger..😳😳😳

This is true he has always been her foundation of strength since before they had a relationship and he always will be.

Though she was wrong when it came to MU, she thought she was standing up for her Self Respect.. Later Ego and pride came to help her fight her battle with Maan. The min she realized that she was wrong.. she abandoned all pretense and is back to clearing the air'

Firstly, self respect had nothing to do with anything. Secondly, I don't believe it was pride and ego either. But won't comment any further.

We all wanted her to apologize, I didn't doubt that she would. But it was dragged on too long. I felt that the creatives tried to fulfill the whole concept of what Yash was supposed to put Geet through and it back fired.

He is her world.. She will shatter if he is no longer in her life.. Just like the pieces of a broken mirror' She may laugh, eat, cry.. But she would be existing.. not living..

And ultimately these lines simply describes Geet for me - I think I'm afraid of being happy because everytime I'm happy, something bad always happens. I don't deserve you...I never did.

And I would like to explain just one thing about Maan...

Maan reacted the way he did because - he is a person who beleived Truth was ultimate in any relationship!! And here is the love of his life calling him false- He did not care she insulted him in front of the whole world.. Here she said his character was false.. thats what hurt Maan the most.. That he had opened up himself to her (ACC to him, she heard the entire conversation), and yet she disbeleived him...So I understand what he went through and I understand his reaction to the pain... He fell back to his safety net - Namely the angry Facade...

However, I wrote this post only to reiterate that even though we do not agree to someone's way of behaving, it would be nice if an attempt is made to understand or atleast accept the person's faults.. The way we readily accept Maan's faults , why dont we accept Geet's??

"Horror Friday" is unacceptable. No one's past justifies them destroying another human being nor the age of a person who is that of 18 years of age. Geet isn't a child, she is a young woman who is going to have a baby. She did not think after she was Dev, she allowed her hatred for Dev to cloud her judgment and she forsake her love and didn't trust Maan. For that moment he didn't matter to her. Maan isn't Geet's babysitter, he is her partner in life I won't keep going...

Many viewers are also complaining about Geet's character - she always taking Maan for granted and doing nothing for their relationship 😕

Request you to utilize the NT track where Geet helps Maan save his company and his position in such a way that Maan himself falls in love all over again with her 😉😉

And I would love to have her tackle Sasha and she be the person who brings out the dirty politics out...
