Polki, she may have used someone else as the front for her activity. So Maan may not be aware who he was really selling it to. Moreover he did it in a hurry so I don't think he did any background check. Munda is really nuts when it comes to love. He buys a company at double its price and sells it within a week (for all you know maybe less than half its price), all for the love of Geet! At the end of it Geet may be the one paying the price for his folly.
