She said that everyone on the sets is a punjabi.

Gurmeet is Punjabi but Dhrasti is Gujrati.

However, neither shows the evidence of their mother tongue coz Gurmeet grew up in MP and Dhrasti in Mumbai.

sabrina being a bengali doesnt mean Muslim...i think u r thinking she is bengali mean she is from Bangla Desh which is a muslim country....India has a state called West Bengal and majority in that state belongs to hindu religion and Debina is Hindu without any doubt and Indian

i am pretty sure gurmeet is 100% punjabi.. i mean looking at his feature anyone can tell.. now to drashti i think she is more like sikhni punjabi.. than normal punjabi.. i have read somewhere long time ago.. that in geet all actor and costar all are punjabi.. dev is punjabi too . even his dadi and mom is punjabi.. in one of the article was written it is fun to work in geet cuz all have same backround and language..and if you see old video the way drashti speak is the way punjabi speak.. for ex. ailo, hana

I thought GC was punjabi b/c i read an article once about how abhinav and him talk in punjabi and share fitness tips...so i just assumed that he's punjabi b/c his name is very punjabi! Even if he's bengali...that's cool too!!!

As for Drashti...some say she's punjabi, but when she was on DMG someone said that she gave an article during that time and said she was gujju...I have no idea! But if she is then her punjabi is quite amazing...the way she says some punjabi words...she could totally pass as punjabi...plus she plays the part to perfection!! Either way...love her and GC to death!!!

aren't gurmeet and dhrashti both punjabi? coz dhami's r punjabi and gurmeet his name says it all..i thought both were punjabi's. i know debina is bengali though
