Geet's baby which she is carrying is the key of this entire story , so Geet not being pregnant at this point of time is a bit too much wishful thinking I guess.............

Also I don't think that anything will happen , coz I don't think Geet will approve of spending a night with Maan outside the institution of marriage no matter how much she feels for him and I don't think Maan will do any such thing also which he'll regret later.
