What I cannot fathom is how can Geet, not even for a second think about the lines MSK told her at the station. If she knows MSK even 1 bit, then by now she should know that he can barely tell anyone a sorry. How many times has he told her a sorry for all the mistakes he has done? And here the same man, told her a sorry from his heart, and in front of the world, went down on his knees and proposed to her and she did not even think about it ONCE before going to bed. She did not go to sleep with a smile on her face. I do not call this cinematic liberty, this is pure inconsistency. Its like we have all these sweet scenes of MaanEet in our mind, we write them down in den, but CVs choose to ignore us completely.
Why did MSk and Geet not go to office together? Why did MSK not give the order to keep Geet's desk in his office only and not to move it? Before leaving her room in the night, why did he not give her a peck on her cheek or hand?
I dont think so MSK needs any confirmation from Geet now. If he wanted the confirmation, cvs should have shown this to us in the form of his self-talk. Since there was no self-talk from him in this matter so I dont want to assume anything. She accepted his ring with a smile on her face. They are a couple now. PERIOD.
And if he wanted to hear something from Geet's mouth, he should have stayed in the outhouse with her, and TALK to her.
Its useless beating around the bush. The bottom line is that they need to talk, and creatives are just not understanding this. I dont think so a couple of serious mature talking scenes will create a downfall in TRPS. They can hold hands and talk for TRP audience. Its not fair to blame story inconsistency on TRPS. Would'nt pankhaas and TRP audience love to see Maan spending more time with Geet in the outhouse at night. Would'nt TRP audience want to see Maan giving a peck on Geet's cheek before leaving and Geet blushing. Would'nt Trp audience want to see Geet remembering MSK's confession and sleeping with a smile on her face.
Ok, I need to stop now. I keep on telling myself that I wont analyze the episode, but I tend to do just that. 😆
