Opti I seriously think he was still coming to terms with her being pregnant and before he could realiuse the imapct of her pain she walked out.Thats why the dialogue of mein apne dukh dard ki baat kar raha tha.

Even now he thot of his dukh and him being the only one and that was MSKs realisation

That said he has still not realised his love for her and that will come monday or tuesday.

I just hope she tells him the extent of love she has for him as well thats all.
