Doodle i agree. i always think of the forehead first. I find it romantic.
Remember I PMed you about Maan's initial reaction and how I said I don't want him to just walk off, well he did just that. But I liked it.

WOW! what an episode. I find it funny that the CV's are trying to fool us by making us think he's going to run into Geet.

Well thats what he said in one of the articles I read 😆😆 NAHINNNNNN I dont want Abhi to leave 😆😳 He just needs to get his head screwed on straight 😡 Dev needs to stay 🤢 he has a big part in the story even if he is the kamina 😆

BTW Anj, I think we'll have to try Xtra hard to get this DAT to the CVs and Abhi to show them how important Devtara are and one witout the other, the whole torture scenario and the dysfunctionality...I'm not willing to see that go 😆

let me rate it first... 8/10

To begin with I will have to agree with Pallu that their was no need to have Dev at all in the whole episode.. shirtless or on bike or watever... btw bike... so not happening.. arent Khuranas rich... arent there Ferraris in their garage???

Back to epi...

Wedding Scene

Wedding scene was good ... highlights of the scene

1. When the priest talks about the ring and Geet is looking at hers while maan watches....

2. Priest says the groom may kiss the bride and our munda so high on love starts walking towards Geet (talk about Khush fehmi!) only to be blocked by Mr Domello (Geet saved!!!)

3. The photograph when they both were looking into each other's eyes...(now all of u imagine pari saying "dreamy")

The uncharacteristic laugh

I am okay with it...it seemed uncharacteristic because we have been introduced to the character at a certain phase in his life and we have never seen him like this... actually Geet here caught him off guard. He immediately went back to his serious and sombre looks when he saw Geet (he smiled the smile we like)

With kids everyone is totally at ease because they don't judge, they don't give importance to people based on their financial status. For a man like MSK, he always must have felt the need to totally control his emotions and not show them as most of the people around him surely must be there because if his business empire. Remember the outhouse episode where he accused Geet of trying to trap him for money. These are the kind of peole he may have been surrounded with in his life. So the very serious and in-control facade is defense mechanism.

Conclusion: Laugh was fine

The Confession - half truth/incomplete truth

Well you have to empathise with the kudi here. Its Maan she is with and she knows him to be intense, to have cared for her so much and she is the one who has been kissed and held so lovingly and with barely controlled passion. She can't take that.. and the truth had to come out like that only

Just put yourself in her shoes, (won't you love to!) would you have been able to start... Once upon time there was Dev....

just watch the scene again....the complete truth couldnt have come out at that time. 👍🏼

Hence we can see a little bit of Logic for Dev today that when he tells Maan and if he is phast enough Maan can realise What has happened. But again we could have survived without Dev today

Shock followed by walking away

A very very very apt reaction 👏👏👏

You have to agree with his reaction.

Just imagine what has been going on in his mind since Geet gave the answer to his question that what is love for her (in the office) and then he talked about Bharosa and wiswaas and then he overheard her and thinks she wants to confess her love. On top of it, he gets to see her in that short (yet ugly) dress (he goes all deramy and lusty)

See how his expectations must have built up all this time. He must have butterflies in his stomach thinking about what is to come.

Then watch the song sequence, the guy has opened up like anything, he is seducing her so openly, without any hesitation, so sure that she is his now. In all the others scenes up till now (jhumka scene, jewellery scene..) there was hesitation, infact it was involutary, like gravity pulling him towards her. Today, it was totally intentional.

And then the moment of revelation! What was he expecting and what did he get .

That is equivalent to the floor being taken from beneath your feet. HOw would you feel if you were promised vanilla ice cream and you got asparagus on your plate.

What else do you expect from a man who had been decieved before.

I am happy with the epi

Exactly!! As much as I hate Dev, I don't mind him having a scene, as long as his has one scene for a couple of minutes. Makes it easy for me to skip it!😆😆😆

But today the editors put him the middle of the Maneet confession scene. I couldn't even skip him. That's what makes me mad!!! 🤬 editors!!! My wrath is coming to you😡😡😡
