Before the whole conversation between maan-geet in HP, there were still characterizations where Geet was treating Maan's house as his and herself as a guest. For ex: she was most of the time with bound hair.....the times which it was not bound were limited to the Jhumka scene and the proposal scene. In both these scenes though specifiacally she was involved with Maan or seeking Maan. Today, she was just walking around the house with unbound hair and happens to run into Maan and Daadimaa's convo. I guess, i saw this as a little aspect of how this is her home now and how Now she feels comfortbale with unbound hair with Maan and in their home.
Also, before it is seen that Maan is very much in control of every aspect of his being, from how he talks, walks, deals with people etc. Before Maan would never dare to mix his personal life and business. For example Maan was wary of Daadimaa in his office in the beginning and def. strayed away from personal talks. that has been changing and is ever more pronounced since HP. Ex: he is taking off his clothes in conference hall to rile Geet when he knows that any staff could come in at any moment. Also, his strictness when it comes to how he portray's himself is changing. Today he was not concerned about wearing an unbuttoned shirt in front of Geet and was conducting himself as she was already his, no need for the awkwardness to exist between them when they are together in their home.
It's still funny to see them portray their previous self minutely when they are in the office but the conversations now are filled with overtones. Even when they are acting as boss and secretary now, with the way they live in their home, their reflection of each other has changed and so when we get scenes where even when they try to act as they did previosuly, it just comes out as funny becuase we, and especially they, cant forget who they are to each other now.
Seeing maan without his shirt buttoned reminded me of the first night when they are in their home together. That night as soon as they realized they were togther they leapt apart and maan goes to grab his shirt even though he is wearing his undershirt. Today there was no such hesitationa and awkwardness shown. Also at the time, Geet was shown as awkawrad and funny with her comments on how his is always coming in front of her without his shirt on. Today, no such comments or surprise. she was comfortable in any action he did and does. also, seeing that scene where Geet was sorry to cause him hurt with danda, and seeing the scene today when she could not even step on the mirror because it reflected him, shows the growth in her.
