Not a wholoe lot to be honest apart from flashbacks, and if you've seen all the episodes of Geet then you'll understand what the flashbacks are and what they are dipicting.

i think MANEET were going to delhi and passes the same road where brij tried to kill geet as u can see in a small part they show the car in which maan came to hosyiarpur so may be geet would be remebering all that happen that night on that road my guess
