I have a couple of points to bring out here...

1. The writing as always was flawliess but you seem to have brought out their love in a really dramatic situation when your story is not too dramatic...Not a criticism but just an observation

2. The whole thing about the Venn diagram was something i really related too and loved it as well...You could have said it in a different way for the normal readers.

3. Would love to see you write a full fledged FF with Maan and Geet after their marriage... would love to see how you would go about sketching that relationship....

Thanks Sangs for those constructive comments. You are right. Their love confession came out in a dramatic situation. For two perfectly rational people, it may seem a little OTT. I accept that. I guess I thought I'll spice up a mundane story! But seriously, sometimes even in real life we do go through some dramatic moments when we act quite uncharacteristically, don't we?

I deliberately brought in the Venn diagram bit because of their academic background. One is an engineer and the other an architect. So I thought they would more likely speak/understand the mathematical language better.

As to normal readers, I tried to explain in plain English what Maan wanted to say. As the thought itself is a little complex, I guess it may have been a bit too heavy and may not have come across so readily . So guilty as charged.

I remember that a reader once said that she had to read it twice to understand what I was saying but she also paid me the compliment that she learnt something from this story. I believe, she was like my heroine, nagging her husband to tell her everything about what was going on between him and his family, which he was reluctant to share. She could never understand that till she read this story and told her husband that she will give him his space. It seems her hubby told her that I managed to achieve in one story what he could not in four years of marriage.

Full fledged FF on this Maaneet or any Maaneet?

Thanks Punjabi Princes. I don't think I have enough ideas to continue this one. It was imagined only as a one shot.
