The jewelery scene was beautifully executed except for Maan's reason for looking for Geet and how the scene ended. He should have just said that she looked divine in that jewelery and Geet should have started removing her jewelery on becoming conscious at his compliment. The rest of the scene was beautifully done. How he was close enough but not close enough (you know what I mean đ ). How he was asking the right questions without asking too much. Alas Geet! she was so focused on the questions that she did not even think about Maan's intentions behind asking those questions. But isn't that what endears us to Geet. We love her so much because of her lack of guile. I am also unhappy about how the scene ended with Maan getting angry and telling Geet in anger about the kind of girl he wants. IMO, that part of the conversation was misplaced. I would have loved it better if that conversation happened when the mood was lighter and Maan was in a teasing mode. But I guess it was necessary for introducing Pari. So, objection withdrawn (unwillingly).
Being so perceptive, I wonder how daadima could have been fooled by NT? Even Dev has begun to doubt NT's intentions and character. So, it is NT and Dev's wedding anniversary. I think Dev will take NT away on vacation for celebrating their anniversary. Which means more of Maan, Geet and Pari and less of Dev and NT.
Geet making a fool out of Sasha was too good. Except, Sasha did not know that she was being made a fool. It is remarkable how Geet was back to being her old bubbly, clumsy self after that intense scene with Maan the night before. I am amazed by her ability to compartmentalize her life where one compartment does not overlap with the other. I guess that is what kept her going in spite of the tragedy that happened with her.
