FF: Hum Tum for Hamesha (part 6 pg 11) - Page 3

I'm back galz...back with my next part...Hope you enjoyed the previous parts....

Okay starting off...

Recap : I have started with her past already....

In 15 minutes,they arrived at Sanjeevni...

Maan pushes the button for the lift to come impatiently,with an unconscious Geet in his arms...Dr. Riddhima was trying to relax Maan but to no avail so he decided to bring Geet up by stairs to the women's' section....He dashes up despite the heavy weight of Geet in his arms and flings the staircase door open. He rushes out and Dr Riddhima tries to catch up with him,calls Dr. Rahul,her co-doctor to arrange for a room and the equipment immediately..She explains the entire situation and disconnects the call.She realizes that Maan had already gone far ahead and was screaming at the nurses to hurry up...

Maan - Nothing should happen to her or else,I shall close down this entire hospital!!!!!!
Nurses hurry around and quickly admit her into the ICU (okay I know that is too dramatic)

Dr Riddhima - Don't worry,Mr Khurana! We will save your wife...
Maan gets even more worried as Dr Riddhima and Dr. Rahul close the ICU door and tell him to wait ouside.They even close the blinds...His composed features were in a riot as his jaan,his Geet was in danger...He was so worried that he didn't even realise that Dr. Riddhima had addressed Geet as his wife...

After what seemed like eternity,the doctors came out of the room all sweaty despite the air-conditioned atmosphere...

Maan - Mr Khurana,your wife almost suffered from a miscarriage...but luckily,you brought her here by the stairs...Even if you had waited for the lift,she could have lost her life or her child....You are supposed to take care of her,not scream at her or give her any sort of stress...She is now under the effect of the injection so she is unconscious..we will transfer her to another room and when she regains her consciousness,you may meet her but please do not stress her...IF you might want to meet her tonight,you have to wait for another 10 minutes...

Maan's heart had shattered into a million pieces.He couldn't believe that his Geet was PREGNANT...Never had he ever expected this to happen. Thousands of questions were buzzing in his mind.How was this possible?Was this the reason Brij anted to kill her?Was this the reason why she left her family behind/Was this why she was acting so weird?Was this why she always fainted and was so weak?Geet!!!!Quickly wake up...and don't worry...No matter what,I will always be by your side...Little did he know that he wouldn't keep to his promise later on...

Zzzzz..zzzz..zzzz went his phone. Maan snapped out of his trance and responded to a call from his house.It was Nakul across the line...

Nakul - Sir,dadima hospital aa rahe hain...Maine unko bohot rokne ki koshish ki lekin dadima nahin mani aur unhone Dev sir aur unki patni ko le kar aa rahi hain...
Maan - Par unko kaise pata chala ki main hospital mein hoon?
Nakul - Woh unhone driver ko phone kiya tha...
Maan - Accha theek hai..(disconnects the call)...Ab dadima ko kya zaroorat thi aane ki? Upar se Dev aur Naintara ko kya lane ki zaroorat thi?Ab main unse kya kahunga...
He turns around to check the new room where the doctors were whether he can meet Geet already....

Dadima - (from far) Maan....(her voice echoes)
Maan - (turns back around and thinks) Oh no!!!!
Maan - Ji dadi...aap to so rahi thi na..aur tum dono?

Dadima - Aap pehle hame yeh batayi ki aap yahan kya kar rahe hain...Woh to accha hua ki hum uth gaye the jab aapne phone kiya tha...pata hai hame aapki kitni phikar ho rahi thi?Aur aapke chehre ka rang kyun uda hai?Koi pareshani hai?
Maan - Dadi,dadi dai! Rukiye...aap mujhe kuch kehne ka mauka dengi tab hi na main kuch kahunga....aap bhi Gee..(stops)
Dadima - Kahin kuch Geet ko to kuch nahi hua?...(she understands her grandson's silence)

Silence prevails for the next few minutes with Maan thinking how to tell Dadi about Geet ,Dadi worried dead about Geet and the evil duo,thinking whether it was the same Geet they had deceived...The entire Khurana family was thinking about Geet...

The doctors entered the scene.
Doctors - Mr Khurana, your wife has been shifted to another room,she shall regain consciousness any moment now,you may meet her!

This sentence shot various doubts in the Khuranas' minds...Maan knew he had a lot of explaining to do but decided to get his own answers first...so he headed to Geet's new ward,leaded by a nurse...

The three Khuranas' were standing rooted to the ground,thinking bout what they had just managed to digest..the eldest in joy,the male in half shock and half joy and the bitch,in utter disbelief...

The bitch broke the silence,
NT - Dadima,kya apne bhi wahi suna jo hamne suna...Vadde veer ji ki patni? Unhone kab shaadi ki?Kisse?Kya aapko pata tha?(looking at her smile)
Dev - Haan dadima?Kya yeh wahi secretary hai jisko bro secretly pyar karte hain?(smiling)
Dadima - Haan yeh wahi hai...unki GEET aur jald hi Mrs GEET Maan Singh Khurana...(with pride and jubilancy in her voice)

The couple's face had lost its colour..they were taken aback by the name Geet...both their minds drifted to the Geet they had once deceived...

I am dead tired....writing this...although I know this is so short as compared to other ffs but I am very tired...I know I really stretched this part
