Yes, they are getting married. The reason why Maan did not hesitate to assume the blame is that he does not want any question to arise on the paternity of Geet's child. As of now, except for NT no one else knows that Geet is pregnant with Dev's child but questions will be raised when Geet's pregnancy would be known to everyone. He also does not want Dev to fight for any custody battle if he comes to know that the baby is his later on.
