But I have a question here-Why did he not propose talking about his love for her? I mean, he asked her by talking about the baby and its future first and not his love. Why did he not tell her that he really loves her a lot initially only? Geet definitely would feel like he's sympathizing or something.

Anyhow, I loved the thing that he told geet about his past unlike in the serial where Geet and we, all viewers are unaware of Maan's past.

The reason why I made Maan approach this issue in this manner is because Maan still does not know Geet's true feelings for him. Remember he had already confessed once before the pregnancy news broke out. At the time he was confident that Geet too loved him but her behaviour since the pregnancy revelation left him clueless about her feelings. He could not bare his heart without knowing whether she too loved him. At the same time he knew he had to do the right thing by her and ensure that both she and her baby were taken care of. That is why he thought he will approach the subject through the baby route. He did not mind if she agreed to it only for the sake of the baby. It is only when she reacted the way she did, did he realise there was no point going about it the round about way and he bared his heart even at the risk of her not loving him yet. Right now he is willing to accept her in any way as he is confident that he can make her love him in time. He does not know that Geet is madly in love with him already.

Yes, Yasu, as I said I am disappointed in the show Maan for still not confiding about Sam to
Geet. Since I have no control over the show Maan I got my Maan to reveal his past. You'll have to wait for Geet's answer because the next update will be about Dev-NT whom I had left high and dry.
