Which makes me wonder how old he is supposed to be...28? 30? At least 10 years older than Geet?

Which makes me wish Geet were older, say 20 or 22! Why? Because I wish to see her as her own person..not someone who depends on someone else to get her out of tight spots.

If I'm not wrong (correct me if I am) she did mention how Maan always got her out of pickles several times in Friday's episode...and how she didn't realise when he'd made a place for himself in her heart.

I sincerely hope one didn't have anything to do with the other....that this isn't a case of rampant hero worship.

My point is this....could there be a certain sense of imbalance in their relationship in the future...where Maan will always be the 'suraksha kawach' and Geet, the Dreseden China that needs to be protected all the time?

I want to see a girl who can take care of herself no matter what the situation....(.Maan used to advise her on being self sufficent but now he seems to have forgotten his own edict.).

I sincerely hope that the Cvs etch Geet's character in such a way that we forget that she 18 and only remember that she 's a bold and brave girl who took the greatest responsibility in the world and faces all trials with an inner strenght and grit that has nothing to with any exterior factor but solely herself.

Agree Pippa. Geet needs to be strong and that does not mean picking petty fights with Maan. I liked Maan when he was firm with her in order to make her strong. He has lifted her up enough number of times. Now he needs to be the wind beneath her wings, give her the thrust so that she can fly on her own.
