There. You said it yourself. So for you, it would "kill the character" of any normal woman if she decides to abort a baby that she thinks was a result of mistake and deceit? Thats judgmental beyond limit. Lemme tell you, MOST NORMAL women would NOT want this baby in that situation.....would they all be wrong and killers, in your opinion? Mind over matter? Emotion over logic? Right of the "Unborn" over rights of the Woman to choose, is it? Regressive....very regressive. Anti-feminist too.😊
Hey Krystal, well put.. you are right, MOST women would not have kept the baby.. because it would have been darn difficult to do so.. its the biggest challenge any girl of eighteen can face, and I am sure, NOT every girl is upto taking this kind of a challenge !!
Maan is right when he says Geet is no ordinary eighteen year old, she looks demure, innocent and fragile, but she is anything but that. She is courageous and determined.
It doesnt take anything to terminate this pregnancy, then she can have a happy, comfortable life with the man who loves her the most, and she loves back equally much.
But when I see this fragile eighteen year old fight the one emotion that is equal in intensity to her love for her unborn child, my heart goes out to her. She is ready to forego true love even, because she sees a bigger responsibility. And she is ready to take it on, ALONE.
I think thats what 'cooldude' meant by her character. And you are right, Practically speaking, not many women will do it.. Does it make Geet regressive, or anyone Anti-Feminist if she is ready to take up something not many women have the courage to take on?
I dont think so... 😊
