Will sign the petition Soon Although I agree with the Fact tht Tv channels are Slightly biased when it comes to the viewership of ppl wid hearing loss

I am deaf too... I don't understand Hindi at all.... I only used English subtitle in bollywood/hollywood films... I want their to put english subtitle on star one too... I lived United kingdom when i was born...
