Yes…. I agree with you Guys… Geet's behavior is very unprofessional……If any secretary did the things (like not answering the phone, not speaking to Boss, answering back at him)😲, she will certainly be dismissed, and soon….

But here Maan tolerated all those😉…. It's because he knows the background Geet is coming from…. He is also aware of Geet penchant for taking things personally, rather than professionally…

For Geet Khurana Constructions is equivalent to Maan Singh Khurana….. She hasn't yet learnt to differentiate between both….. In her mind what ever she is doing for the company she is doing for Maan himself😳…..

Every time she answered back at her boss, or retaliated back at boss, she was not actually doing it to the MD of the company she is working…. But she is doing it, to that person who had unknowingly helped her all the time in her times of trouble….. That same person who gave her courage and confidence to fight against the atrocities done against her….. Infact, Maan is the sole reason, Geet had the courage to break the bonds that her family and society had tied on her legs😊…..

Even Maan is very unprofessional with Geet…. Even in the office, there are many times, Mann let Geet affect him😳…. Sasha had hit right on the nail when she asks Maan, why does he let Geet affect him so much??? 😲… He knows what professionalism means, unlike Geet….. So why is he letting that happen😕….

Also there is no excuse for Maan for taking Geet off the project, or even wanting her to reallocate/quit her position😕….. Why?... Because Maan Singh Khurana cannot control his emotions/urges when Geet is near him…. So the solution ….. Sack Geet😭 ( I hope it doesn't happen) ….. How professional is that???😕…..

Maan is the 'Boss' who called a meeting, just so that Geet will start talking to him again😳…. He also called a meeting to tell rest of the employees not to talk about "the accident" that happened to Geet in the party either to Geet or even between themselves 😳… Which Professional Boss will care about an employee like that?.... Helping her during the accident yes….. That's humanity👏….. But ordering other staff nor to trouble his seceratary??? Is that Professionalism or Personalism???😕... You tell me…..

Maan is already her mentor😃…. Maan is also aware of the fact that Geet does take his advices seriously😃… So what's stopping Maan from telling her the difference between personal attitude and professional attitude all this time??? …. Why does Maan himself slip and give mixed signals to Geet???…

I think both Maan as well as Geet is at fault for the totally unprofessional way Geet is behaving towards Maan… He should have stopped her from the beginning itself instead of being lost in her eyes every time Geet looked at him😳 (not that I minded that part😉)….
