Folks, it is because it is MSK that Geet was able to get off with her childishness, not following orders, and doing as she pleases.

I don't think so any boss would keep a secretary who would answer back to him so often and generally be insulting to him.

Geet would have been fired so often in the past.

Come on, I don't think any secretary will get away with as much as she did.

she is saying that she is doing all the hard work only for maan how silly she is she has to do work for the well wish of the construction company not for the maan

Absolutely! Is she doing charity for Maan? She is working for her own survival. Why does she not get that through her head. I completely agree with Maan saying that you are getting paid, so do your work in the lift. She is NOT WORKING for MAAN, she is working for HERSELF, for her own existence, for her own survival, for her own livelihood.

In fact, Maan had been very charitable taking on an inexperienced secretary, a person who did not know how to handle herself, a disaster zone, and a childish girl. He is mentoring her, tutoring her in the ways of the world, and trying to create opportunities for her growth seeing her talent. Oh why, does she not understand this simple logic.

i agree....maan has been her philosopher and guide in many ways....it is maan who numerous times hv urged her to stand on her own feet...it is he who gave her the strength to go against her own family and get brij arrested....geet's inexperience in working in a corporate house was always apparent by her clumsiness...maan has overlooked many flaws only to provide her a secure job....so far he has been professional....

but firing her now wont be because of her incompetency....maan has always been very pleased with all of geet's ideas regarding the middle class housing project....and we all know y maan will fire her if at all he does so....
i am still hoping this wont hapen....next week i believe there will be a major twist....i am expecting that maan will propose geet....and i am also hoping that the kiss which we missed ystrdy will be shown next week...i will keep on 😍😍😍

So many talented people don't get chances
So many people who are at lower rung even if they can design skyscrapers would not get a chance if their boss does not entertain their ideas.

Firing her is not an option he is thinking, but he is relocating her. And usually if you are not ready for relocation or reallocation of work portfolio, the boss is allowed to fire the employee even in MNCs

You know a mistake like misspelling or typos like "Thurana" instead of "Khurana" gets people fired...it does happen in real life. Imagine if tomorrow instead of putting 1,00,000 - she puts an extra "zero"

Mistakes are not always allowed and how can she just laugh at something so juvenile...it is a mistake, she has to own up and feel sorry about her incompetence

Friends while agreeing to your views on Geet's unprofessional and taking Maan for granted attitutde, I have a few things to put forward about Maan's professionalism. What is the reason for Geet's removal from the project when she has come out with very good ideas which have impressed the clients? He has removed her from the project simply because he doesnt want to be near her as he thinks he will lose control of himself. Is that a professional reason? Now he is even thinking of making her leave the job, why? Because he doesnt want to fall for her. How professional of him? He left his client-hosted dinner without even taking leave from his client. Why because his secretary was insulted. Why he could have asked her to leave if he was a thorough professional? Leaving aside Maaneet hug which took place in a non-professional environment, what professional licence does he have to physically handle her in the lift when he asked her to shut up and went so close to an almost kiss? If Maan's unprofessional gestures can be ignored for the great admiration that we have for him, it holds good for geet's mistakes as well for the same reasom that we admire this character as equal as Maan's.

Yes I agree that Geet is very unprofessional but Maan too has crossed the line of professionalism here but falling for his secretary..it can't get any more cliche than this. I found the whole dancing at the party very bad. You don't dance like that with any of your subordinates !!!

I totally agree...plus remember the way she switched off the radio/audio player in his car while he switched it on...i dont think any boss can stand this!!
