Because Geet gave Maan a sacrastic answer when Maan was mad at Geet for not giving her Dadi's phone and he said it was common sense to let him talk to his family...

Because he bowed his head to say sorry to her...
Because he turned his face when her dupata slipped down ...after the coffee spill scene
Because he loses control of himself every time he sees her... Mind it every time... Like going to almost wipe her tears...like removing dupata from the plant....liking asking her to do the project
Because Maan says yeh ladki mujhe pagan kardege

- because maan thinks of staying away from geet but instead goes a step further in being close to her.
-because maan was lost in geet's eyes after the dance that geet had to bring him back to planet earth and pull away his hands from her waist.
-because geet pushed maan away when he forcefully pulled her into a dance just to scold her.
-because geet hold maan that he hates her and that she has been doing her best to make him happy and maan mellows down a bit.
-because seeing geet sad again he pulls her close to himself and dances passionately with her , which is his way of telling her that he does not hate her and that he cares for her...!!!!

hey ...mallu... u can delete some reasons if they are repetitive. though i read all of your 71 reasons i still could have forgotten some while writing this post!!!!!
