Hmm, I don't think that Geet has any attachments anymore to her 'marriage'. Her eyes got open seeing how Dev cheated her in every way. Things will be complicated no doubt. But Geet will realize that she needs to give her child a father's name if she wants the child not to suffer as he/she grows up.

For Maan to marry her would require some high level drama which would propel Maan to take the bold decision. I say so, because seeing Maan's evident love and concern for Geet came only after he saved her from Brij. So again to do some thing so drastic as marriage, a catalyst is needed.

Yeah, the marriage will def not be a conventional one. Maan wouldn't accept he loves her that quickly. He'll stay in denial, and Geet would be aloof also. However, it will be a gradual process for both to realize their feelings for one another, though I agree that Maan will realize first. And seeing what a genuine guy Maan is, I think with time, he'll wholeheartedly accept the child and raise him/her as his own.
