@averma: Hai hai kya update hai ji...!! So...😍 Every single scene that you wrote was running in my mind so clearly..!! Thoroughly enjoyed reading it...So beautifully written yaar..From the part where Geet gets ready to go with Maan..and that Pinky scene when she sees DD...and that driving scene, in the car..I loved how you maintain Maan's arrogance....with that Dupatta scene..and his "Yeh auratein" lines....😆 and also at the same time you showed how he managed to control it...

Waise Geet in Maan's clothes..? ☺️...I LOVE the thought of that...😳..First of all so nice of him to lend his kurta...but i think he can't say no to Dadi right..😆...

"Maan sensed her fear, and calmed her down -"Darro mat Geet. Main hoon na". Saying this he tightened his embrace."

This line...☺️ ☺️ Loved that hug scene..!! And how Maan eventually succumbed to his strong emotions that he was feeling and hugs Geet..that too tightened his embrace...Sweett!!

"Maan had no choice but to let go of Geet from his arms. As Geet handed him over the coffee cup, he took it from her gently, purposefully touching her hand."

@Underlined: Oho badmash Maan!! First of all he didn't want to release Geet? 😲..and secondly he touched her hands on PURPOSE..? Have to use this emoticon again...☺️ 😆

Thank youuuuu hun 🤗 Yes, thats when Maan was hurt & Geet looked after him 😳 I'm not sure about an FF right now because I still need to improve 😆 but I will surely continue writing Maneet scenes
for everyone! 😉

Continuation of Confrontation Scene Part 4:

Next day at work, Geet receives a call from Maan's Dadi. Geet figures that Dadi wants to talk to Maan, so she tells her to wait as she will transfer the call to Maan. However, Dadi surprises her by saying she wanted to talk to Geet, as she missed her. Geet is touched and they converse.Though Geet wants to hang up, she can not because of the person who's on the other end.🤔 Maan who's been observing her for the last 15 minutes, gets annoyed seeing her on the phone for so long. 'Argh Geet why do you make do this. It took me so long to fix things between us, and again you get me mad' thinking this Maan storms off to Ms. Secretary's cabin.

Geet seeing Maan is a little scared but she doesn't know what to do.😕😕 She looks at him helplessly, and Maan just snatches the phone from her-"Dekhiye, yeh Khurana Construction Companies ki phone line hai, naa ki Ms. Geet ki koi private line." 😡

However, hearing the voice on the other end, Maan's face's just changed color 😕😲-"Mujhe pata hai ki yeh mere pote ki company ki line hai. Isliye toh maine phone kiya hai Maan. Ab kya main Geet se baat bhi nahin kar sakti? Kya tujhe meri Geet se baate karne se bhi jalan hone lagi?" Geet on the other hand just hit her head with her hand seeing Maan's reaction!

Maan just managed to say-"Dadi?"

Dadi-"Haan Dadi. Teri Dadi Maan. Kya baat hai? Ab tu kuch bol kyun nahin raha?"

Maan-"Woh main Dadi. Main samjha nahin ki aap line par thein!"

Dadi-"Accha accha theek hai. Par Geet ko daantna mat samjhe. Rakhti hoon beta. Apna khayaal rakhna"

Maan-"Accha bye.". Then looking at Geet with his typical glare-"Tumne bataya kyun nahin ki Dadi ka phone tha?"😡

Geet a little annoyed-"Aap moka dete tabhi na kehti." Maan glared at her pouty face once again, and just stormed out.😆

It was late at night and Maan was still in the office. He had Geet stay as well to wrap work on a Belgian project. Through his glass window he watched Geet as she takes a angraayi. Maan gave a small smile, and thought to himself-'Shayad thak gayi hai. Aaj kaam bhi toh zyada ho gaya tha.' 😍

Since there's no one else in the office, Maan shouts at the top of his lungs-"GEET"

Geet annoyed at Maan😡, as she felt sleepy and his scream had just made her sleep vanish-"Aa rahi hoon"

As Geet came, Maan asked her about all the files regarding the Belgian project. He also asked Geet to show him the files as he wanted to have a last look ensuring everything was in place, and nothing was overlooked. As Geet showed him through all the papers, Maan looked at them attentively. After finishing the review, he was pleased with Geet, and said with a loopside grin-"Well, well done Ms. Secretary" 👍🏼

Seeing it was half past midnight, Maan offered to drive Geet home-"Chalo tumhe pehle drop kar deta hoon"

Geet declining-"Nahin Sir. Main chali jaaongi"

Maan gets irritated at her, and speaks firmly-"Ms. Geet Handa yeh Delhi hai. Itni raat ko taxi lena tumhare liye safe nahin. Tumhari safety ki zimmedaari abhi Khurana Constructions ki hai. So sharafat se chalo mere saath. Yeh mera order hai." 😆

Geet looks at him annoyed 'Hamesha sunata kyun rehta hai yeh? Boss hai toh kya mere sar chadh jaayega? Waise chaddo Geet. Baat toh sahi hai abhi taxi milna bhi mushkil hai. Phir taxi fare bhi bach jaayega. Chalo apne kharoos boss ka farmaan sar aankhon par'-"Ji Sir"

Maan opened the passenger side door of his black Audi for Geet and this time Geet made sure her duppatta wasn't trailing on the ground since she didn't want his taunts again! 😆

During the car ride, Maan told Geet of what he expects her to complete by end the week, and what prep work to do for prospective projects. Finishing this, he gets a little serious-"Geet, Amritsar mein mujhe ek nayi project ko lekar jaana hai. Aur tumhara bhi wahaan hona zaroori hai. Isliye, maine dates ko tumhare court appearance ke time ke paas schedule kiya hai." 😳

Geet a little surprised-"Mera hona zaroori hai"😲

Maan staying firm in his voice-"Yes Geet. Aur chunki tum company ka kaam bhi kar rahi ho, toh tumhari travelling ki responsibility bhi Khurana Constructions ki hai. Tum mere saath chal rahi ho. It's a business trip."

Geet-"Par.."

Maan very irritated-"Geet. Tumhe pata hai maine keh diya toh keh diya. I don't care!" and as he finished his sentence, the Manchanda residence came. Maan got out of the car, and opened the door for Geet, walked her to the door, and stayed with her until the door opened. He didn't want to take any chances. He would make sure with his own proper eyes that Geet had gone safely inside her home. Geet looked at him, and she appreciated his concerned gesture.😳 She knew he always had a thing of doing protective things like this. She of all people would know this the best, after all the numerous times he had saved her.😆

Mr. Manchada opening the door sleepily-"Kaun hai Bhai"🥱

Maan in his authorative voice-"Ji main Geet aur Pinky ka boss, Maan Khurana" and taking a glance at Geet "Ms. Geet ko ghar drop karne aagaya tha, kyunki inhein overtime karna pada tha work load badh jaane se."

Mr. Manchanda slowly registering what Maan was saying-"Oh accha ji, thank you ji. Geet beta ji chalo kaafi dair ho gayi" and Geet before heading in, looked at Maan and said-"Thank you Sir". 😊

Maan just nodded, and took his leave from there after Geet was no longer visible.

Once Maan reached home, he was surprised to see Dadi waiting for him.

Maan-"Dadi aap abhi tak jaag rahi hain?" 😲

Dadi-"Haan, kya karoon. Jab tak jawaan pota ghar nahin aata , fikr lagi rehti hai.Waise aaj itni dair kyun laga di?" 😆

Maan as he loosens his tie-"Woh Belgium project ke paperwork ko wrap up karna tha. Isliye dair ho gayi"

Dadi with a sly smile-"Hmm, toh Geet bhi office mein thi tere saath?"😊

Maan looking at her suspiciously-"Kaam bahut tha, aur mujhe apni secretary ki maddad ki zaroorat thi. Aur chunki Geet meri secretary hai, toh ussay bhi overtime karna pada" 😉

Dadi pretending to be a little worried (she knew that Maan would have dropped Geet off safely)-"Bechaari itni raat ko akele kaise lagi hogi?" 😆

Maan really pestered by his Dadi-"Dadi ussi ko abhi ghar chhor kar hi aa raha hoon main. Don't worry sahi salamat ghar pahunch gayi hai" and thinking to himself 'Dadi ko bhi saare sawaal aadhi raat ko milte hain pucchne ke liye!' as he leaves for his room where he'll be spending a sleepless night in remembering his Ms. Secretary! ☺️

Dadi smirking to herself 'Beta tu laakh chhupa, mujhse chhupta nahin.Kaheen jaan bujh kar toh tune aaj saara kaam khatm karne ki toh nahin sochi yehi sochkar ki Geet tere saath rahegi!' 🤣

Next day after work:

After a hectic day, as Maan was heading out, Geet called out to him-"Sir, rukiye".

Maan sporting his typical kharoos look, glared at her-"Kya hai?"

Geet as she gives him a bag-"Yeh aap please apne saath le jaayiye" Maan seeing the bag-"Kya hai ismein?"😲

Geet speaking softly-"Woh Dadimaa ne parathon ki recipe maangi thi. So maine khud unke liye parathe bana diye. Wohin hai ismein"

Maan just glares at her, shakes his head once, takes the bag, and leaves thinking 'Dadi bhi na!'

As he sat down in his limousine, Maan opened the container, and with a small grin took out a paratha to eat thinking 'Dadi ko kya pata Geet ne kitne parathe bheje hain!'😆😉

A few weeks have passed, and it's one day before Maaneet have to head off to Amritsar:

Maan stops by Geet's cabin in the morning.

Geet standing up-"Good Morning Sir"

Maan-"Morning. Geet kal Amritsar ke liye nikalna hai. Main 5 a.m ko tumhare ghar pahunch jaaonga tumhe pick up karne. So aaj agar tum thoda savere chali jaana office se apni packing karne ke liye. Aur ek aur baat I expect you ready when I come tomorrow." 😃

Sasha 🤢 who had come in Geet's cabin has overheard all this, and asks-"MK aap Amritsar jaa rahein hain? I mean bina mere ya Adi..?"😲

Maan cutting her off-"Sasha, tumhein abhi Belgium project to supervise karna hai Adi ke saath. Main apne saare resources ek hi project par nahin lagata. Understood" 😆

Sasha retreating-"Yes MK"

Maan turns around and looks at Geet before he goes out her room with a little smirk-"And yes Geet. Main batana bhool gaya tha. Dadi tumhe us din ke parathon ke liye shukriya kaha tha." 😃😉😳

Geet gets happy hearing this, and thinks to herself 'Chalo aaj jaldi ghar jaane ko mila, varna yeh kharoos toh kabhi raat ke barah bhi bajaa deta hai!'

Next Scene: Maaneet in their romance Jeep off to Amritsar!
