Means they are trying to show she is married.
And if my knowledge is not wrong in India second marriage is not allowed. And Sagar being a lawyer himself cant break the laws...right...??
But what I am doing expecting logic from Indian shows...!!
Niru too was a lawyer, still he consider A child widow to be a widow...

Yes according to Hindu Marriage Act one can not marry second time b4 getting divorced legally,( if the wife is alive )but here all this twist will happen b4 SaGa's court marriage I am sure,so it cant be registered legally and Jhanvi will get a chance to marry Sagar.

Niranjan's character as a judge is totally butchered, so no expectancy from him. And when Ganga herself decides to leave Sagar then its all obvious that Sagar would have got furious with her. How can Ganga take such a decision alone???That too after Sagar doing so much for this relation???
